What accessories are included
with your FREYA purchase?
1 x FREYA - Danish designed wireless Bluetooth speaker
1 x AUX cable so you can listen to music via analog cable.
1 x AC/DC power supply so you can charge and use FREYA
1 x User guide so you can learn how to use your FREYA speaker
SETUP
How to get started with FREYA
Charging:
1. Connect the included power supply with a wall outlet
and then to the back of FREYA to start charging.
2. A small LED light on the rear will light up indicating
charging status.
Note: Your device will fully charge in approx. 2 hours,
which we recommend before the first use. (Battery
lifespan will vary according to usage)

How to get started with FREYA
Power On:
1. Press “PLAY/PAUSE“ and FREYA will power on.
2. Freya will say “Waiting for connection”.
3. Four white LED’s will flash twice to indicate that FREYA is
starting up and trying to establish a previous connection (if any).
GET CONNECTED TO FREYA
How to make a connection to FREYA
Getting started:
1. Power up your FREYA and it will try to
establish the previous connection (if any),
FREYA will say ”Waiting for connection”
and the four white LEDs are flashing twice.
If a connection is successful FREYA will say
”Your device is now connected” and the
four white LEDs will go to breathing. Also
FREYA will show a purple LED to indicate
it is connected as a standalone speaker
(mono).
2. If a connection cannot be established
FREYA will say ”Please reconnect your
device” and the four white LEDs will flash
twice to indicate there is no connection.
Now you have 2 options:

How to make a connection to FREYA
A) If this is your first time:
1. Press and hold VOL- and VOL+
buttons simultaniously for 3-4 seconds
to set FREYA into ”Discovering mode”.
Freya will say “Please reconnect your
device”
2. Now you should be able to see FREYA
on your Bluetooth device list.
3. Choose FREYA on the list to pair your
device with FREYA. If successful FREYA
will say: ”Your device is now connected”.
Hold for 4 secs.
B) If you have already made
a connection before:
1. Open the Bluetooth settings on your
device (eg. PC, iPhone, MAC) and find
your FREYA speaker on the list.
2. Choose FREYA on the list to establish
the connection. If successful FREYA will
say: ”Your device is now connected”.

FREYA speakers
How to setup two FREYA’s:
1. Power ON your 2 FREYA speakers and
make sure that no other devices (eg. PC,
iPhone, Android phone) are connected
to any of them. Pick one FREYA as your
number 1.
2. On the backside of your FREYA
speakers you will find a button called
”Stereo Pairing”.
On FREYA number 1: press and hold
the ”Stereo Pairing” button for 4
seconds and this FREYA will be set as
left speaker. (Blue LED will start flashing)
3. On your FREYA number 2: press the
”Stereo Pairing” button once and this
FREYA will be set as your right speaker.
(Blue LED will start flashing).
Note: This stereo pairing process must
be initiated on speaker number 2 within
2 minutes. Otherwise speaker number 1
will return to mono mode.

Continued:
4. Now your two FREYA speakers will
quickly communicate and soon say
”Your Device is now connected” to tell
you that Stereo Pairing is OK. You will
now see a blue LED on both speakers
that indicate 2 FREYA’s are connected in
stereo.

Note: If you want to use your FREYA
speakers as standalone speakers (mono
speakers) then you must un-set the
stereo pairing. Simply press once on
one of the ”Stereo Pairing” buttons on
either of your FREYA’s.
Note 2: If you permanently want to
remove the stereo pairing. Then you
must press and hold PREV and NEXT
simultaniously for 4 seconds to clear all
pairing data from memory. FREYA will
go to standby after this process.
Hold for 4 secs.

Their functions
Power On / Off:
1. Press “
“ to power on FREYA.
2. Press and hold “
” to power off FREYA.
Volume Up / Down:
1. Press the “+“ to turn the volume up.
2. Press the “-” to turn the volume down.
Their functions
Reset:
If you experience any problems with your FREYA during
connection or pairing process you can try to reset/clear the
memory of FREYA.
1. Press and hold PREV and NEXT buttons simultaniously for 4
seconds and your FREYA will go to standby mode.
2. Now you have deleted all stored data about paired devices
and you can now begin the setup process again.
Play / Pause:
1. Press ”
“ button to pause music.
2. Press “
“ again to play music.
Next / Previous Song:
1. Press the “
“ to play the next song.

Power Off:
When FREYA is turned off - all
LED’s are off as well.
Starting:
The four white LEDs will flash
twice and FREYA is trying to
establish a previous connection.
Playing Aux-In:
The top LED will be off while
the white LEDs will indicate the
Bluetooth connection status.
Sleep Mode/No playback (Stereo):
Top LED is Blue. All four white
LEDs are breathing.
Sleep Mode/No playback(Mono):
Top LED is Purple while the four
white LEDs are breathing.
Rear Charging LED:
No Connection:
When FREYA does not have any
connection, the 4 white LED’s
will flash twice.
Constant green light when
fully charged.
Constant orange light when
charging.
Flashing orange light for
low power.
Playing Stereo:
Top LED will be Blue and all four
white LEDs will also be ON.

Bluetooth
Cabled
Bluetooth:
You can play music on your FREYA or FREYA’s (Stereo) using the Bluetooth
connection you have established (using the guide on page 9 and 10).
AUX Line-In (Cable):
You can also use the included 3.5mm line-in cable for music playback. This
way it is possible to playback music from devices that are not wireless.
Simply choose FREYA as music playback device.
(Please refer to the user guide of your device if you need to know more
about Music playback via Bluetooth)
1. Connect the included cable to FREYA’s AUX in.
NOTE: The FREYA speaker of which your iPhone, PC or MAC etc. is
connected to, is acting as Master speaker. Which means that you can use
the buttons on that specific FREYA to control your music playback.
Note: You must make sure that Bluetooth playback is stopped before you
can use AUX-In. Bluetooth playback has 1. priority.
2. Connect the other end to the music device Line-out Headphone out.

WARRANTY AND MAIN SPECIFICATIONS
Warranty:
Our Clint FREYA speaker is of course covered by warranty but it may
vary from country to country. Please consult your local dealer for
more information or check Clint web site.
FREYA Main Specifications:
• Wireless Bluetooth speaker with built-in battery for up to 6
hours of playback depending on usage.
• Weight: 1 Kg. Dimension: height 210 mm x diameter 100 mm.
• 7 watt amplifier with DSP for optimum sound performance.
• Wireless technology supported: Bluetooth (TrueWireless)
• USB port can handle up to 5V 2.4A output power.
• Eco save function - FREYA will go to auto standby if not used
for 20 mins.

SAFETY INFORMATION
For your safety:
• For your and FREYAs safety only use the power supply that was
delivered with your FREYA speaker.
• Do not use FREYA in wet, misty or dusty conditions. This might
damage FREYA and void warranty.
• FREYA should not be used in heavy direct sunlight. Damages
from sunlight exposure might void your warranty.
• To avoid damaging your FREYA speaker always make sure to
place FREYA on a flat and stable surface.
• Never try to open or repair your FREYA. Always consult
authorized service personal in case of defects that might require
repair.
• Make sure that FREYA has adequate free space around to
ensure proper ventilation. All electronics generate heat and
need cooling/ventilation.
• FREYA has built-in Li-ion battery. Please carefully check the rules
for correct handling and disposal in your country.
• The battery shall not be exposed to excessive heat such as
sunshine, fire or the like.
