and (§15.21 Information to the User)
under relevant title “CAUTION T0 USERS" or “FCC WARNING" or “NOTE"
“Changes or modifications not expressly approved by the party
responsible for compliance could void the user's authority to
operate the equipment “
will both be placed in a prominent location in the users manual for the North American
Market.
The FCC statement §15.19 Labelling Requirements is also placed in the user manual
due to the following reason:
- This equipment is fixed assembled ex—factory. After this equipment is
assembled, the user is not easily able to see the FCC text, as this device is
generally installed “out of sight” (hidden from user) in vehicles.
