Vincent Vincent Vincent Vincent Vincent Zhong 1 Layout and Buttons The Odin has following buttons on the remote control. Function Buttons Enter/Ok (JBL Logo) Menu Scroll Up Scroll Down Left Right Volume Volume + Play/Pause 2 Button Functions We distinguish the function between a short and a long press of a key. Short press - takes up to 2 seconds, Long press - takes more than 2 seconds. Button Event Short Press Enter/OK Systems response same function as iPod center “select” button, confirms selection Key SELECT If an alarm is activated then this stops the playing alarm. Long press switches EQ setting in loop and the indicating light shall Flash. The on and off Change_EQ rate should be 3 times. Menu Short Press same function as “menu” button on iPod. MENU Long Press Switch source among following : iPod / Bluetooth / Aux. AUDIO_SOURCE Short Press If audio is muted then this resumes audio at the volume level used when the VOL_UP audio was muted. If audio is not muted and the volume is at value between 30 and 1 (the volume Volume ranges 31 steps from 0 to 30) then this decrements the volume. If audio is not muted and the volume is at value 0 then there is no decrease in volume. Long Press Function same as Short Press , but continuously change the volume. Short Press If audio is muted then this resumes audio at the volume level used when the VOL_DOWN audio was muted. If audio is not muted and the volume is at value 29 or less (the volume ranges Volume 31 steps from 0 to 30) then this increases the volume one increment. If audio is not muted and the volume is at value 30 (the volume ranges 31 steps from 0 to 30) then there is no increase in volume. Long Press Function same as Short Press , but continuously change the volume. Short Press play/pause of the playing Music/Photo PLAY_PAUSE Long Press The system haves the following power modes: SYSTEM_POWER Play/Pause Operational mode. Standby mode. Off mode. When the system is off (no AC power), this command shall have no affect. When the system is in standby mode, this command shall transition the unit from standby to operational mode. When the system is in operational mode, this command shall transition the unit from operational mode to standby. Left Right Scroll Up Scroll down Short Press Previous track/photo PREV Long Press Rewind REW Short Press Next track/photo NEXT Long Press Fast Forward FF Short Press Scroll up UP Long Press Switch ON the Video output UP Short Press Scroll down DOWN Long Press Switch OFF the Video output DOWN Presses Volume - and Volume + simultaneously will mute/unmute the volume. MUTE Deleted: Press Scroll Up and Scroll down simultaneously will toggle Video output on / off. ...
