theAVR125, ascorrectoutputlevelswillensurethat
youhearsoundtracksintheirproperplacewiththe
properdirectionalityandintensity.
IMPORTANTNOTE:Listenersareoftenconfused
abouttheoperationof the surroundchannels.While
someassumethatsoundshouldalwaysbecoming
fromeachspeaker,mostof thetimetherewillbe little
orno soundinthesurroundchannels.Thisis because
theyareonlyusedwhena moviedirectoror sound
mixerspecificallyplacessoundthereto create

programmedwiththecodesfortheproductsyouown,
it is possibleto eliminatemostotherremotesand
replacethemwiththeconvenienceof a single,univer-
salremotecontrol.
Asshippedfromthefactory,theremoteisfullypro-
gmmmedfor allAVR125 functions,aswellasthoseof
mostHarmanKardonCDchangers,DVDplayers,CD
recorders,CDplayersandcassettedecks.Inaddition,
byfollowingoneofthemethodsbelow,you maypro-
gramtheremoteto operatea widerangeof devices
