What Is A Plasma Display Panel?helios Plasma TV2Plasma Monitor is the most advanced display solution for digital A/V integration used forInformation Displays, Conference System as well as Home Theater. In the plasma imageproducing system, gas is confined in a 0.1mm-width space between two glass substrates withtransparent electrodes. When voltage is applied between the electrode pairs, it causes anemission of ultraviolet light. This light reacts with RGB phosphors to produce multiple colors thatare displayed as the final image. Plasma is an array of cells, known as pixels, which arecomposed of three sub-pixels, corresponding to the colors red, green and blue. Gas in a plasmastate is used to react with phosphors in each sub-pixel to produce colored light (red, green orblue). Each sub-pixel is individually controlled by advanced electronics to produce over 16 milliondifferent colors. This means that you get perfect, easily viewable images in a display that is 3.3inches thin.TransparentElectrode(ITO)ITO width / Gap / Snape Visitle Light Bus ElectrodeLow resistance materielBus widthBus positonProtection Layer(MgO)MgO quality & ThicknessqualityBarrier RitUnbalanced pitchStripe / well typeRib heightSB / FB / EB typeBlack StripeBM / NO BM.Dislectric layerDelectric ThicknessTransmittanceDlelectric shapePhosphorPhosphor thicknesslong life phosphorWhite-backW/B material &reflection ratioAddress ElectrodePhoto / Screen printingThe width of addressGas DischargeGas mixture & pressureGatter test
