Operatinginstructions.
1. OpentheLCDdisplaybox,insert4AAbatteriesintothebatterypack.
2. Openthebatterydoorofeachweighingpadandinsert2AAbatteriesintotheweighing
pad’sbatterybox.
3. Makesureeachpowerswitchofthe4weighingpadsareswitchedtoONposition
4. Makesurethatthecorrectpadispositionedinfrontofthecorrespondingwheel:FR,FL,RR,
andRL‐FrontRight,FrontLeft,RearRight,andRearLeft.Thehandleofeachweighingpad
shouldbepointingoutwardtothesideofthecar.
5. PowerontheLCDdisplaybypressingthe“On/Off”button.Eachpadsshouldallbelitup.
Waituntiltheweightreadingsallshowzeroorpressthe“Zero”buttontozero.Press
“Function”totogglebetweenlbandkg.
6. Thebatterypowerindicatorrepresentstheamountofbatterylifeavailablein3levels.If
thedisplayshowsonlythebatteryoutline,replacetheAAbatteriesaccordingly.
7. Carefullydrivethevehicleupandlettherespectivecenterofthepadunderandasalign
aspossiblewiththecenterofthetire.Neverpress“Zero”ifthevehicleisonthepads
otherwisethevehiclehastoberemovedandthescalemustbezeroedagain.
8. Whilethecarisonthepads.Shakeeachofthecornersofthecarupanddowntorelieve
anyresidualstressorfrictionwithinthechassis.
9. Thecartotalweight,individualweightofeachwheelloadaswellasitspercentageto
thetotalweightwillbeshownatonce.(Screen#1)
10. Pressandholdthe“Function”keywithonefinger,pressthe“Zero”keyonce.The
displaypassestoScreen#2,andgivesyouthetotalFrontandRearweightpercentages.
Pressthe“Zero”keyagainforScreen#3,whichgivesyouthetotalLeftandRightweight
inpercentages.Pressthe“Zero”keyforScreen#4,whichgivesyoutheCrossweightof
(LF)LeftFront,and(RR)RearRightpercentage.Pressthe“Zero”keyagainforScreen#5,
whichdisplaystheCrossweightof(RF)RightFront,and(LR)LeftRearpercentage.
11. PressON/OFFtopowerofftheunit.
12. Switchthekeyoneachpadtoturnoffthepads.MakesuretheLEDlightsarealloff.
