Wireless Vehicle Scale (p/n) Main features and parts 1. Four battery‐powered weighing pads and LCD display unit, version 2.0. 2. Each weighing pad has a capacity of 1750 lbs (795 kg). 3. LCD display operate with 4 AA batteries (included). 4. Weighing pads each operate with 2 AA batteries (included). 5. LCD display indicates percentage (%) weight of each wheel relative to the total vehicle weight. 6. LCD display indicates: a. Cross weight percentage loads b. Side to Side weight percentage loads c. Front to Rear weight percentage loads. 7. Display measures in lb or kg for each wheel and the total vehicle weight. 8. LCD display indicates battery level for pads and LCD display. 9. All information is shown on one LCD screen. 10. Pads not on will be displayed as OFF in LCD Display box. 11. Batteries power level indicator for display box itself and each individual pad. 12. Scale pads and LCD display box fit into a hard trolley case. 13. Open the LCD display box, insert 4 AA batteries into the battery pack. 2. Open the battery door of each weighing pad and insert 2 AA batteries into the weighing pad’s battery box. 3. Make sure each power switch of the 4 weighing pads are switched to ON position 4. Make sure that the correct pad is positioned in front of the corresponding wheel: FR, FL, RR, and RL ‐ Front Right, Front Left, Rear Right, and Rear Left. The handle of each weighing pad should be pointing outward to the side of the car. 5. Power on the LCD display by pressing the “On/Off” button. Each pads should all be lit up. Wait until the weight readings all show zero or press the “Zero” button to zero. Press “Function” to toggle between lb and kg. 6. The battery power indicator represents the amount of battery life available in 3 levels. If the display shows only the battery outline, replace the AA batteries accordingly. 7. Carefully drive the vehicle up and let the respective center of the pad under and as align as possible with the center of the tire. Never press “Zero” if the vehicle is on the pads otherwise the vehicle has to be removed and the scale must be zeroed again. 8. While the car is on the pads. Shake each of the corners of the car up and down to relieve any residual stress or friction within the chassis. 9. The car total weight, individual weight of each wheel load as well as its percentage to the total weight will be shown at once.(Screen #1) 10. Press and hold the “Function” key with one finger, press the “Zero” key once. The display passes to Screen #2, and gives you the total Front and Rear weight percentages. Press the “Zero” key again for Screen #3, which gives you the total Left and Right weight in percentages. Press the “Zero” key for Screen #4, which gives you the Cross weight of (LF) Left Front, and (RR) Rear Right percentage. Press the “Zero” key again for Screen #5, which displays the Cross weight of (RF) Right Front, and (LR) Left Rear percentage. 11. Press ON/OFF to power off the unit. 12. Switch the key on each pad to turn off the pads. Make sure the LED lights are all off. 13. If the equipment does cause harmful interference to radio or television reception, which can be determined by turning the equipment off and on, the user is encouraged to try to correct the interference by one or more of the following measures: --- Reorient or relocate the receiving antenna. --- Increase the separation between the equipment and receiver. --- Connect the equipment into an outlet on a circuit different from that to which the receiver is connected. --- Consult the dealer or an experienced radio/ TV technician for help.
