Thank you for choosing the HUAWEI HW01 Cradle!
The HW01, a Mobile WiFi accessory, can be connected
to a power supply to charge a Mobile WiFi, or
connected to the Internet via Ethernet.
Before you use the HW01, read this manual carefully.

Appearance
Ethernet indicator
Blue: An Ethernet connection has been set up.
Blinking: Setting an Ethernet connection or data is transferring.

Connect to the router.

Recharging a Mobile WiFi Using a Single HW01
Note that the HW01 does not have a battery and cannot be used independently to charge
a Mobile WiFi. To use the HW01 as a charger, connect the HW01 to a power supply.
Recharging a Mobile WiFi by Connecting the HW01 to a Power Adapter
1.
Place the Mobile WiFi on the HW01.

Connect one end of the power
adapter to the HW01.
3.
Connect the other end of the power
adapter to the power socket.

Recharging a Mobile WiFi by Connecting the HW01 to a Computer
1.
Place the Mobile WiFi on the HW01.

Connect one end of the USB cable
to the HW01.

Connect the other end of the USB
cable to the computer.

Environmental Requirements for Using the Device
Ensure that your hands are dry during connecting and disconnecting cables.
Keep the device far from sources of heat and fire, such as a heater or a candle.
Keep the device far from electronic appliances that generate strong magnetic or electric fields, such as
a microwave oven or a refrigerator.
Place the device on a stable surface.
Place the device in a cool and well-ventilated area. Do not expose the device to direct sunlight.
Maintenance
If the device is not used for a long time, power it off, and then remove all the cables connected to it.
Do not trample, pull, or overbend any cable. Otherwise, the cable may get damaged, causing

malfunction of the device.
Before cleaning the device, stop using it, power it off, and then remove all the cables connected to it.
Use a clean, soft, and dry cloth to clean the device shell. Do not use any cleaning agent or spray to
clean the device shell.
