If 60mm door thickness, no need to cut tailpiece
during installation.
If 55mm door thickness, cut 1 notch of tailpiece.
If 50mm door thickness, cut 2 notch of tailpiece.
If 45mm door thickness, cut 3 notch of tailpiece.
If 40mm door thickness, cut 4 notch of tailpiece.
If 35mm door thickness, cut 5 notch of tailpiece.
When standing in front of the door:
 If the door lock in front of you is at the RIGHT, it is a LEFT HANDED DOOR.
 If the door lock in front of you is at the LEFT, it is a RIGHT HANDED DOOR.
Note that the LH/RH orientation does not depend on the bolt coming out
direction.

9. Masking PIN
 Maximum = 16 digits including masking pin
 Product will allow up to 8 masking pins before the actual PIN code (8
digits).
 Product will allow up to 9 masking pins before the actual PIN code (7
digits).
 Product will allow up to 10 masking pins before the actual PIN code
(6 digits).
 Product will allow up to 11 masking pins before the actual PIN code
(5 digits).
 Product will allow up to 12 masking pins before the actual PIN code
(4 digits).
10.Emergency Jumpstart
 If internal batteries are fully drained or low Battery, user can use a 9V
Battery to stay in contact to 2 conical contact pins (about 12mm
apart) to jumpstart the product.
 When that 9V battery contacts with the 9V contact, there will be one
single beep and keypad lights up for user to use any entry methods to
unlock the product.
11.Tamper Alarm
 If the main cable between the front panel and back panel is
disconnected, it will trigger the tamper alarm. If the cable is
connected back, it will recover.
12.Manual Relock
 Hold on UNLOCK Button for one second to manual relock
 Can turn thumbturn or use physical key to physically relock
13.Auto Relock
 If Sensor Relock is ON, the lock will relock after the door is closed. If
the lock is unlocked and door is kept closed, the lock will relock after
30 seconds (fixed).
14.Obstruction Alarm
 If the lock cannot be fully locked or unlocked, there will be
Obstruction Alarm.
15.Hard Reset and Factory PIN
 To hard reset, user needs to hold the CLEAR button and Privacy
lockout button together for 3 seconds.
 Unpaired product can be unlocked with Factory Pin code of
1234567890 (to test all buttons) followed by the Unlock Icon.

18.Keypad Security Lockout
 Security Lockout will be triggered if Incorrect pins are attempted for a
number of consecutive times.
 Keypad Security Lockout can be activated regardless of the lock
status.
 User is able to Enable and disable Security Lockout via BT
 User is able to configure 1 to 10 incorrect pins (default = 5)
 When “Security Lockout” is triggered 1st time:
 There will be siren for 30 seconds
 Keypad will not accept any pin codes for 1 minute
 When “Security Lockout ” is consecutively triggered 2nd time:
 There will be siren for 60 seconds
 Keypad will not accept any pin codes for 5 minutes
 When “Security Lockout” is consecutively triggered 3rd and
subsequent times:
 There will be siren for 90 seconds
 Keypad will not accept any pin codes for 10 minutes
 If Security Lockout Attempt is changed via Bluetooth, the number of
time security lockout is triggered will reset.
 Security Lockout can be deactivated by:
 After 1 / 5 / 10 minutes (depending)
 Any Bluetooth Unlock
 Unlock via Physical Key
 Unlock via Thumbturn
 When “Security Lockout” is deactivated (by any method, there will a
clear Audio indicator. Refer to “Audio and LED Indications” section
for details.
 During Security mode, single Flash White LED when keypad is
triggered.
19.Keypad Disabled Mode
 Keypad Disabled Mode can be activated by pressing the Function
button for 3 seconds and keypad will not accept any pin codes.
 Keypad Disabled Mode can be activated regardless of the lock status.
 When “Keypad Disabled Mode” is activated, there will be a clear
audio indicator. During Keypad Disabled Mode, double Flash White
LED when keypad is triggered.
 When “Keypad Disabled Mode” is activated, Auto Relock will not
function to eliminate the case where user will get locked out if auto
relock is allowed.
 Keypad Disabled Mode can be deactivated by:
 Holding on to Function button for 2 seconds
 Any Bluetooth Unlock
 Unlock by Physical Key
 Unlock by Thumbturn
20.Passage Mode
 When the lock is unlocked, Hold the Function button for 3 seconds to
activate Passage mode. When passage mode is activated, lock will
not relock when door is closed and keypad is disabled.
