  the	
  user	
  after	
  integration	
  of	
  module	
  into	
  bracelet.	
  
2) IC	
  number	
  should	
  be	
  visible	
  to	
  the	
  user	
  after	
  integration	
  of	
  module	
  into	
  bracelet.	
  
3) Use	
  in	
  other	
  bracelets	
  may	
  require	
  submission	
  of	
  a	
  C2PC	
  filing	
  for	
  FCC	
  and	
  either	
  
reassessment	
  or	
  model	
  addition	
  for	
  Industry	
  Canada.	
  	
  Please	
  work	
  with	
  Intel	
  to	
  
determine	
  the	
  appropriate	
  procedures.	
  
4) User	
  documentation	
  with	
  the	
  regulatory	
  statements	
  required	
  by	
  FCC	
  and	
  Canada,	
  as	
  
described	
  in	
  the	
  sample	
  manual	
  provided	
  to	
  Intel,	
  must	
  be	
  provided	
  to	
  the	
  end
