TM Providing a Brighter Solution™ WIRELESS CONTROLS Model CA7100 Master In-Wall Control Station The CA7100 Master In-Wall Control Station is an enhanced radio frequency controller compatible with Z-wave™ enabled networks and devices. Each line powered node in a Z-wave network is designed to act as a repeater forming a mesh network eliminating radio “dead spots” and providing the highest level of reliability. Features - Menu driven setup of scenes and events. - Built-in astronomic timing with real-time-clock backup. - Multiple location On/Off & Raise/Lower control when used with Zwave enabled switches and dimmers. - Allows control of up to 100 individual pre-set scenes containing any number of Z-wave enabled devices. - Features 6 “Quick” pre-set scene activator buttons. - Features individual scene status feedback for enhanced control. - Separate focus and control buttons allows the user to custom mix scene selections and vary light levels. - Home key provides for quick de-selection of scenes and back-out from menu programming. Data Rate: 9600 bits/second Size: 232 Z-Wave™ Nodes INSTALLATION: 1. WARNING: TO AVOID FIRE, SHOCK, OR DEATH, TURN OFF POWER AT CIRCUIT BREAKER AND TEST THAT POWER IS OFF BEFORE WIRING. 2. Requires a 3-gang electrical junction box for installation. 3. Remove the face plate. Using a finger or thumb nail, remove the face plate from the housing body by lifting on the right edge by the menu navigation buttons. Remove exposed (3) screws to release mounting plate. 4. Attach mounting plate to 3-gang electrical junction box using (6) mounting screws furnished. 5. Refer to wiring diagrams for proper connection of master in-wall control station. 6. Check that all wire connections are secure and place all wires inside junction box. 7. Replace master in-wall control station using (3) mounting screws. Complete installation by snapping cover plate back into place. 8. Reconnect your electrical power. 9. Operation: Press the “Enter” button to access setup menus. Press scene number button(s) to focus control activities; Press “Enter” to toggle selected scene(s); Press v / w to lower or raise selected scene(s) lighting level; Press the home key to clear selected scene(s). 10. For programming instructions refer to the InTouch Installer & Users Guide (158CA12789). Face Color Conversion The face color of this device can be converted to match interior design requirements. 1. Select and obtain the color of the face you desire. 2. The face plate has snaps on 3 sides. Using a finger or thumb nail, remove the face plate from the housing body by lifting on the right edge by the menu navigation buttons. 3. Take the new face plate and position it properly to the housing body. Notice that the left edge has tabs that must be inserted first. Press the plate into position. 4. The face plate snaps in with an audible click. Ensure that all snaps are secure. The color conversion is complete. FCC STATEMENT OF COMPLIANCE This device complies with part 15 of the FCC rules.
