The FCC permits a maximum SAR value of 1.6 W/kg. For body worn operation, the highest SAR value for the Model CK31, as tested by
Celltech Labs Inc., is 1.16 W/kg.
This product has been tested and meets the FCC RF exposure guidelines when used with the Intermec accessories supplied or designated for
this product. Use of other accessories may not ensure compliance with FCC RF exposure guidelines.

The CK31 is registered with the CDRH as a Class II Laser Product (21 CFR Subchapter J, Part 1040). This product has a maximum output
of 1 mW at 630-680 nm.
Caution: There are no user serviceable parts inside the CK31. Use of controls or adjustments, or performance of
procedures other than those specified herein, may result in hazardous laser light exposure of up to 1 mW at 630-680 nm.
