120 6. Application 6.1. Relative permittivity setup The relative permittivity setup is made by detecting an embedded steel bar with a known covering depth or the wall with the known width and adjusting the relative permittivity value so as to get the measured depth or width of the object matched with the known value. This section provides the setup procedure using the wall with a known width. (1) Confirm the wall width Confirm the width of the wall by using the scale.
