Brief Operation Manual for USE Transportable Navigation 1. Mode Selection Photo Setup Navigation Music Please press screen button which you want to select. 2. Navi Mode Please press ‘navigation’ button. Sirius 2.1 Warning Please wait till displaying ‘Press to accept’. And touch the screen. 2.2 Navigation Mode 2.3 Mini Music Mode Please press ‘music’ button on the navigation mode. PDT Window Play/Pause Previous Title Next Title Repeat Stop Show/Hide ‘PDT Window’ Shows up the Mp3 tag Information every 3seconds. – File name, Title, Artist and Album. If you turn off Mini Music Mode, press Stop Button. It returns Navi Mode. But if you want to hear Mp3, press Show/Hide. It makes just disappear Mp3 player & PDT. Mini Music Show / Hide Stop Mini Music Mode Repeat Mode Selection No File Error Message (It returns Navi Mode.) If you want go to the Music Mode(Not Mini Music Mode), You have to go to the other mode. – Ex) Photo, Setup 2.4 Mini Sirius Mode Please press ‘sirius’ button on the navigation mode. PDT Window Channel Up Channel Down Category Left Category Right Preset Show/Hide ‘PDT Window’ Shows up the Sirius Information. - Channel Num, Channel Name, Song Title and Artist. If you turn off Mini Sirius Mode, press Stop Button. It returns Navi Mode. Stop Preset Num Display Band ‘Display’ changes the PDT Window Information. ‘PRESET BAND X’ has already the saved preset Information from Sirius Mode. If the device couldn’t check Sirius Information, you can see this message. 3. Photo Mode Please press ‘photo’ button on the main menu. It’s able to support the 5 kinds of data type. – jpg, gif, bmp, png, ico. Current Path Speaker Current Volume Full Screen Mp3 Slide Folder Next Pic Prev Pic Play/Pause Prev Title 3.1 Thumbnail Mode Prev Pic This is the first screen when you choose the folder. If you touch the pic, you can see it on the normal screen. 3.1 Normal Mode Left screen is the loading screen shot. The first line shows up the current file name. 3.2 Full Screen Button Press full screen button or touch the pic on the normal mode. You can see the full size pic. You are able to move previous or next pic with touching the left or right field. If you touch the middle field, you are able to return on the normal mode. 3.3 Slide Button 3.3.1 Thumbnail Mode in Slide It’s able to operate on the thumbnail mode. It operates every 6 seconds. The pressed button shows up on the slide mode. If you want to stop the slide mode, touch the slide button one more time. 3.3.2 Normal Mode in Slide You can see the ‘Sliding…’ instead of ‘Loading…’ on the slide mode. 3.3.3 Full Screen Mode in Slide You can see the same message on the full screen mode. 3.4 Mp3 Button Please press Mp3 button. Play Mode Pause Mode Previous Title Next Title 3.5 Folder Button Please press Folder button. If there is no Sub folder, You can see the pics on thumbnail mode in this folder and changed folder path. If there are any Sub folders You can see the Sub folders. If you want to choose the current folder, press the folder button one more time. If you want to go to upper layer again, press the ‘..’ folder. If there is no file in the current folder, you can see this message. 3.6 Previous & Next Pic Button 4. Music Mode Please press ‘music’ button on the main menu. If there is no file on the current folder, you can see this message. 4.2 Repeat Button Repeat Normal Repeat One Repeat Folder Repeat Random 4.3 Music Setup Button If you need the more detail accounts, refer to Setup Mode. Selection Setup Brightness Setup Equalizer Setup FMT 4.4 Equalizer Button Equalizer Flat Mode Equalizer Rock Mode Equalizer Pop Mode Equalizer Jazz Mode Equalizer Classic Mode Equalizer Live Mode 4.5 Page Up & Down Button If you press theses buttons, you can move the list Up & Down. Page Up Page Down 4.6 Playlist Button When the Play List Show up, the function of Page Up & Down, Scroll Up & Down are same. 4.6 Play / Pause Button Music Play Music Pause 4.7 Previous / Next Button Previous Button Next Button If you press the previous button less than 5 seconds, it goes to the previous title. But it’s not more than 5 seconds, it returns the beginning of the current title. 4.8 Music List Music List Cursor – Green Text You can check your position from the green text with RMC Move or Touch the Scroll button. Music List Scroll Up Button Music List Scroll Down Button 4.9 RMC Move If you know what you want song’s Index, you can find easily with RMC. Ex) The index num of the playing title is 8. If you want to here Index Num 11, press the RMC num 1, 1 and Enter. Press RMC num 1 Press RMC num 1 Press Enter Play Index 11 If you are over than the last Index, the list cursor will be last index. It’s able to move from 1 to 99. 4.10 Stereo / Mono These show up the effect of the current file. Stereo Mode 5. Sirius Mode Mono Mode Please press ‘sirius’ button. Menu Menu Band Band Setup Setup Current Mode Channel Up Category Left Channel Up Preset Num Category Left Tune Jump Menu Button : Enter the User’s Setting Menu ▲ CH : Channel Up ▼ CH : Channel Down ◀ CAT : Category Move ▶ CAT : Category Move TUNE : Makes a direct tuning dialogue and confirms input to tune [1]~[7] : Jump to a preset channel Press and hold [1]~[7] : Presets a current channel to the pressed number BAND : Changes a preset band among A, B or C Press and hold BAND : Enters the preset tuning mode DISP : Toggle the LCD display Press and hold : Enter the channel list mode MEMO : Memorize the artist name and song title of the xurrent channel Press and hold MEMO : Enters the memo recall list mode If you need the more detail accounts, refer to Setup Mode. If the device couldn’t check Sirius Information, you can see this message. 6. Setup Mode Please press ‘setup’ button. LCD Brightness Equalizer FMT Setting S/W Upgrade Touch Default Correction 6.1 Brightness Button You can control the LCD Brightness with [+] & [-] Button. Minus Button Plus Button 6.2 Equalizer Button Select equalizer setting. 6.3 FMT Setting Button You can set the FM Frequency from 88.1 MHz to 107.9 MHz. Num Key Pad Setting Zone Back Space Setting Zone Clear Speaker If you finished the FMT Setting, wait for 2 seconds or touch the setting zone. It will be done. Speaker Mode Setting Volume 30% FMT Setting FM 101.5 MHz Error Message 6.4 Software Upgrade Button If you want to upgrade device, follow below accounts. 1. Turn on the device. 2. Set Setup Mode. 3. Connect the device and your computer thru USB cable. 4. After several second later, NAVI will be recognized removable HDD as follow. 5. Copy ‘Image.bin’ to root of ‘\NAVI’ 6. Disconnect NAVI with PC, and restart NAVI. 7. Press S/W Upgrade Button in Setup mode. It takes several seconds. The first line shows up the current device version. The second line shows up the upgrade file version. If you press ‘Y’, It will be done. If you press ‘N’, It will stop. There is no Upgrade file on this device. Maybe, the file name is correct, but file has some problems. You need a new upgrade file. 6.5 Touch Correction Button If you need the correction of the touch screen, follow the cross and touch the intersection. 6.6 Default Button If you need the system default, press the default and ‘YES’.
