Charging
4 keys for operation control and 1 Heart rate

Before using your Smart Watch device for the
first time, you should charge it for approximately
2 hours. After charging finished, press ENTER

Turning on and off
 To turn on Smart Watch -- Press ENTER key to turn on
 To turn off Smart Watch – Press ENTER key in Watch screen for 3 sec.
Setting Your Smart Watch & Application
1) Download XYZ Smart Watch APP
Please download XYZ Smart Watch APP from Google PlayTM (for Andriod Phone) or Apple StoreTM (for iPhone)
and open XYZ Smart Watch application
2) Privacy & Device access consent (*only Android Phone)
To get Privacy and Device access consent then start install Smart Watch APP and open it
3) Notification access (*only Android Phone)
Please select or unselect XYZ Watch to get Notification access right; if unselect it will not get Notification from
your mobile phone
4) Open Bluetooth
Please turn on Bluetooth setting if it off
5) Pairing
Please select the Device name that you have, it will auto pair to your device and shows “Paired”; press

6) Profile Setting
Press
then tap
to setting your profile (Name / Gender / Height / Age / Weight / Personal photo) follow instruction, and
complete setting
Enjoy Your Smart Watch
Main View
The main views on the Smart Watch are the Watch screen and the Functions screen. You can navigate between these
screens, depending on the features you want to use.
Watch screen
The Watch screen shows the time and date as synchronized with your phone. This screen
you don’t operate your Smart Watch for a while, and protect your watch to save battery life.

Functions screen
There’re 8 Main Functions in Smart Watch: Notifications, Activity,
Sleep, Heart rate, Conditions, Stopwatch, Setting and Info. Press UP and
DOWN key to select the function you want, press ENTER to entry it;
press BACK key return to previous screen or operation.
Notifications (*only Android Phone)
You can receive notifications on your Smart Watch from various applications at the
same time they arrive on you phone. When a notification arrives, Smart Watch
remind an
icon for the application
Activity
Smart watch will record your daily activity automatically, or assign a period activity
with Job function.
Sleep
Switching to Sleep mode, Smart watch will record your sleep states for understand
your Sleep quality; or turn on Nap Alarm function for a short rest.
Heart rate
Put your finger on Heart rate Touch pad to get your record.
Notice: Some people cause of Physiological reason may not get Heart rate record.
 The device, the Heart rate detector is consumer device, not medical device, and could suffer from
interference from external electrical sources. The Heart rate readings are for reference only, and no
responsibility is accepted for the consequences of any erroneous readings.
Conditions
Collect the conditions data, like Temperature, Humidity, UV
Stopwatch
Select Count up or Countdown timer to count; or select Time set to setup the time of
countdown timer.
Setup
To setup personal setting, like Watch Face, Alarms, Date & Time and User profile.
Guidelines of Efficent use
Heart rate measure notice
 When you use Heart rate function, please make sure the touch sensor on the back of Smart Watch tight
fit your skin.
 Do not measure Heart rate in the water.
 When regularly with a damp cloth to clean the Heart rate touch pad, and do not smear lotion on the
skin.

 To ensure the best signal transmission, clean the skin with soap and fingers before you used.
 For very dry or very thick skin, may produce abnormal signal transmission problems.
Conditions notice
 Temperature & Humidity measurement will be affected by body temperature or direct sunlight
impact, please remove the watch from your wrist and place it in free from direct sunlight and wellventilated place. It takes few minutes of time to get the actual ambient temperature.
 The angle of sunlight will impact of UV measure result, please direct irradiate sunlight to watch
surface.
Guidelines of Safty
Electronic equipment
 Most modern electronic equipment is shielded from RF energy. However, certain electronic equipment is
not, therefore: Do not use your Bluetooth product near medical equipment without requesting press
ion.
Aircraft
 Turn your Bluetooth product OFF before boarding any aircraft. To prevent interference with
communication systems, you must not use you Bluetooth product while the plane is in the air.
Power supply
 Please only used XYZ Smart Watch Battery cradle to charging.
Children
 Do not allow children to play with your Bluetooth product since it contains small parts that could
become detached and create a choking hazard.
Waterproof
 Avoid exposing your XYZ Smart Watch to environments with excessive dust or moisture.
 Normal wear and tear along with damage to your XYZ Smart Watch can reduce its ability to resist
moisture.
 Do not use your XYZ Smart Watch in the following conditions:

1) 下載XYZ Smart Watch APP
請至Google PlayTM (for Andriod Phone) 或Apple StoreTM (for iPhone) 下載XYZ Smart Watch 專屬之應用程式
2) 隱私與設備訪問許可(*只有Android Phone 需要)
取得隱私與設備存取同意後, 開始進行APP 安裝並開啟APP
3) 隱私存取(*只有Android Phone 需要)
請選擇XYZWatch 同意進行隱私存取通知;若未進行選取, 則APP 將不會傳送Notification 至您的智能手表
4) 開啟Bluetooth
請打開您的Bluetooth 裝置與智慧手表取得連線
5) Pairing
請選擇您所要配對的智慧手表後，會顯示“Paired”狀態表示已配對;接著按
6) 個人檔案設定
依螢幕之操作指示，按

使用您的智慧手表
主畫面
智慧手表的主要顯示畫面為手表顯示以及主功能顯示；您可以在此兩個主要顯示畫面切換使用.
手表顯示
手表螢幕顯示當前的日期與時間並且可以和手機同步. 若您一段時間未操作智慧手表，會自動回到手
省電力. 在手表顯示狀態下按ENTER 可切換至主功能顯示.
主功能顯示
您的智慧手表共有8 個主要功能:Notifications, Activity, Sleep, Heart rate,
Conditions, Stopwatch, Setting and Info. 按UP 或DOWN 鍵選擇您所要
使用的功能，接著按ENTER 進入該功能; 按BACK 鍵回到前一個顯示畫面或
操作.
Notifications (*只有Android Phone 可使用)
當手機接收到各種即時訊息時，智慧手表所搭配的APP 會將這些訊息同步到您的智慧手表.
當接收到即時訊息時, 智慧手表會以 符號顯示在螢幕右上方提醒您.
Activity
智慧手表會自動記錄您每日的活動；或是可以指定一個特別時間做為活動時間區段.
Sleep
當進入睡眠模式時, 智慧手表會開始記錄您的睡眠狀態, 以便讓您瞭解睡眠品質; 或是打開
Nap alarm 做個短暫的休憩.
Heart rate
進入心跳偵測功能時, 請將手指放在Heart rate Touch pad 後開始取得您的心跳值.
注意: 少部份人因體質關係有可能無法正常讀取心跳值

Conditions

心跳傳感器注意事項





當您使用心跳測量功能時，在表背面有一個感應器，請務必確認表背面感應器與皮膚有緊密貼合
在水中時請勿量測心跳
請定期以濕布清潔感應器表面；使用心跳量測功能時，請不要在皮膚上塗抹乳液
為確保最佳的訊號傳輸效果，請以肥皂清潔皮膚與手指
對於非常乾燥或極為粗厚的皮膚，可能會產生訊號傳輸異常的問題
環境傳感器注意事項
 測量環境溫濕度會受體溫,直射陽光的影響，請將手錶從手腕取下並放置在不受太陽光直接照射及通風良好的地方，並擦乾錶殼；

錶殼需要約幾分鐘的時間才能到達實際環境溫度
測量戶外紫外線值會受到太陽光照射錶面的角度影響，請讓太陽光直接照射手錶
電子設備
 大多數現代的電子設備都有RF 能的屏障功能。但仍有部份電子設備例外，因此請務於醫療設備附近使用Bluetooth(藍牙)產品。
飛行器
 搭乘任何飛行器之前，請將Bluetooth(藍牙)產品關機，以免干擾通訊系統，飛行中且部使用Bluetooth(藍牙)產品。
電源
 請使用XYZ 智慧手錶所附的充電座進行充電
孩童
 切勿讓孩童玩弄本Bluetooth(藍牙)產品，本免持的某些零組件可能脫落造成哽咽的危險。
防水
 避免在多塵和潮濕情況下，將XYZ 智慧手錶暴露於環境中。

La frecuencia cardíaca
Ponga el dedo en la almohadilla táctil Heart rate para obtener su registro.
