CUSTOMIZING SETTINGS

Picture ID
ENGLISH
ENG

Picture ID is used to change the settings of a
specific display using a single IR receiver for
multi-vision. The set receiving the IR signal
communicates with another set via an RS-232C
connection. Each set is identified by a Set ID. If
you assign the Picture ID using the remote control,
only displays with the same Picture ID and Set ID
can be controlled remotely.

for the PICTURE, TIME, NETWORK and MY
MEDIA menus or the hot keys on the remote
control.
If you press the green OFF button for Picture

NOTE
For DVI, in general, up to 12 monitors can be connected via the DVI Out port (at the recommended

resolution) if the signal is stable and there is no cable loss. If you want to connect more than this
number of monitors, we recommended that you use a distributor.
When the tile mode is configured via DVI cables, only the monitor that receives first signals can play

HDCP-encrypted content. (The DVI Out port does not support HDCP.)
If the signal cable between the product and your PC is too long, make sure to use the DVI booster or

If input signals are received through the HDMI cable, multiple monitors cannot be connected via the

Image sticking does not occur when using constantly changing images but may occur when using a
fixed image for an extended period of time. Therefore, it is recommended that you use the instructions below to decrease the likelihood of image sticking occurring when using a fixed image. It is
recommended that you change the screen at least once every 12 hours at the very minimum; if done
more frequently, the prevention of image sticking is more effective.

hange the background and the character
colors using the same time interval.

When changing colors, using complementary
colors helps to prevent image sticking.

changing the image remain in the same location
after changing the image.

When the LCD panel displays a static image
for an extended period of time, it can cause a
voltage difference between the electrodes that
operate the liquid crystals. When the voltage
difference between the electrodes builds up over
time, liquid crystals have a tendency to remain
aligned in one direction. During this process, a
previously displayed image remains visible. This
phenomenon is referred to as image sticking.
