To install the wriststrapToadjust the wriststrapWith a “tab” between yourfirst finger and thumb ofeach hand, gently slide bothtabs apart in line with yourshoulders.To shorten the neck cordTo lengthen the neck cordAbout Your Personal Help ButtonYour Lifeline Personal Help Button is powered by a long-life lithium battery. It is dustproof and waterproof* so that it can be worn in the shower or bath. Slimline Personal Help Buttons are designed to be worn as a pendant on an adjustableneckcord or can be converted to wristwear using the enclosed wriststrap.*To a maximum depth of 4 feet of water. The Personal Help Button cannot transmit a signal whilesubmerged in water. Lift the fastener to loosenthe wriststrap.Adjust wriststrap to desiredlength and close fastener.The wriststrap will slide easilyon and off the wrist with nofurther adjustment needed.Position the wriststrap overthe back of the button andinsertthe watch pins over thewriststrap into the pin holes.Remove the watch pins ateach end of the button byinserting a small paper clipor similar tool into the holeon both outside edges.Pull “single”strand ofneckcord while slidingtab to back.
