1. atstandbymode,pressSOSbuttonwillcalltopresetSOSnumbers.

2. thecallisloopcall:itwillcalltofirstnumber,ifnoanswerornotavailablethencalltosecondnumber,

ifstillnoanswerornotavailable,thenthethirdnumber...(upto10groupnumberatmost);ifallno

anwerornotavailable,thencallfirstnumberagain,thensecondnumber...;untilsomebodyanswerthe

call.Anynumber’sanswerwillstoploopcall.

3. IfonlysetuponegroupSOSnumber,thedevicewillkeepcalltoit,untilthisnumberanswerthecall.



1. ThisequipmentcomplieswithPart68oftheFCCrulesandtherequirementsadoptedbytheACTA.Onthe

bottomofthisequipmentisalabelthatcontains,amongotherinformation,aproductidentifierinthe

formatUS:AAAEQ##TXXXX.Ifrequested,thisnumbermustbeprovidedtothetelephonecompany.

2. Aplugandjackusedtoconnectthisequipmenttothepremiseswiringandtelephonenetworkmustcomply

withtheapplicableFCCPart68rulesandrequirementsadoptedbytheACTA.Acomplianttelephonecord

andmodularplugisprovidedwiththisproduct.Itisdesignedtobeconnectedtoacompatiblemodularjack

thatisalsocompliant.Seeinstallationinstructionsfordetails.

3. Ifthisequipment[US:PNYAL02BXTX100]causesharmtothetelephonenetwork,thetelephonecompany

willnotifyyouinadvancethattemporarydiscontinuanceofservicemayberequired.Butifadvancenotice

isn'tpractical,thetelephonecompanywillnotifythecustomerassoonaspossible.Also,youwillbeadvised

ofyourrighttofileacomplaintwiththeFCCifyoubelieveitisnecessary.

4. Thetelephonecompanymaymakechangesinitsfacilities,equipment,operationsorproceduresthatcould

affecttheoperationoftheequipment.Ifthishappensthetelephonecompanywillprovideadvancenoticein

orderforyoutomakenecessarymodificationstomaintainuninterruptedservice.

5. Iftroubleisexperiencedwiththisequipment[US:PNYAL02BXTX100],forrepairorwarrantyinformation,

Iftheequipmentiscausingharmtothetelephonenetwork,thetelephonecompanymayrequestthatyou

disconnecttheequipmentuntiltheproblemisresolved.

6. Pleasefollowinstructionsforrepairingifany(e.g.batteryreplacementsection);otherwisedonotalternate

orrepairanypartsofdeviceexceptspecified.Forrepairprocedures,followtheinstructionsoutlinedunder

thelimitedwarranty.

7. Connectiontopartylineserviceissubjecttostatetariffs.Contactthestatepublicutilitycommission,public

servicecommissionorcorporationcommissionforinformation.

8. Ifyourhomehasspeciallywiredalarmequipmentconnectedtothetelephoneline,ensuretheinstallationof

notallareas,thesumofRENsshouldnotexceedfive(5.0).Tobecertainofthenumberofdevicesthatmay

beconnectedtoaline,asdeterminedbythetotalRENs,contactthelocaltelephonecompany.TheRENfor

thisproductispartoftheproductidentifierthathastheformatUS:AAAEQ##TXXXX.Thedigitsrepresented
