User Manual
User Operation
1. Make SOS emergency call :
1. at standby mode, press SOS button will call to preset SOS numbers.
2. the call is loop call : it will call to first number, if no answer or not available then call to second number,
if still no answer or not available, then the third number... (upto 10 group number at most) ; if all no
anwer or not available, then call first number again, then second number... ; until somebody answer the
call. Any number’s answer will stop loop call.
3. If only setup one group SOS number, the device will keep call to it, until this number answer the call.
2. Cancel the current SOS emergency call
1. At calling status, user long press 3 seconds SOS button on the device will cancel the current SOS calling.
2. RF button don’t have this function.
3. Hung up:
1. The other side hung up the calling then our device will automatically hung up.
2. Or long press 3 seconds to hung up the calling or cancel a phone calling.
4. Fix‐time‐call function on/off: switch button can turn on/off the Fix‐time‐call function.

1.2.2 If the number have extension number, use * to divided; if no extension number then no *
1.2.3 SOS number can be one group or more(can be 10 group), use # to divide each group
1.2.4 After finish final group setting, it need input one more #; means “##” at the end
1.2.5 Each new setting will automatically delete old preset numbers.
2. Set fix‐time‐call phone number
2.1 Setting method:*1#*number1*extension number#number2*extension number##
2.2 Description:
2.2.1 *1#means set fix time call number;
2.2.2 If the number have extension number, use * to divided; if no extension number then no *
2.2.3 The number can be one group or more; use # to divide each group
2.2.4 After finish final group setting, it need input one more #; means “##” at the end
2.2.5 Each new setting will automatically delete old preset numbers.
2.2.6 The call is silence call for 10 seconds then hung up.
3. Calibrate telephone time
3.1 Setting method: *2#HHMMSS#
3.2 Description:
3.2.1 *2# means to set current time to calibrate telephone time
3.2.2 HH means hour (24 hours format); MM means minutes; SS means second
3.2.3 Each new setting will automatically delete old preset time.
4. Set the fix time to call
4.1 Setting method: *3#HHMM#
4.2 Description:
4.2.1 *3# means set the fix time to call
4.2.2 HH means hour (24 hours format); MM means minutes; SS means second
4.2.3 Each new setting will automatically delete old preset time.
5. RF button pair: press Pair button (the LED will light for 2 seconds) then press one RF button, the LED need
blink 3 times means pair ok; then continue next RF button…(it can pair more than 10 pcs RF buttons)
6. Clear all the RF buttons paired: Input *4# to clear them;
7. DEL button: during input, if happen wrong input, press DEL button to clear current one input;
8. Set low battery alert call number
8.1 Setting method:*5#*number*extension number##
8.2 Description:
8.2.1 *5#means set low battery alert call number;
8.2.2 If the number have extension number, use * to divided; if no extension number then no *
8.2.3 The number only have one group.
8.2.4 After finish final group setting, it need input one more #; means “##” at the end
8.2.5 Each new setting will automatically delete old preset numbers.
8.2.6 The call is silence call for 10 seconds then automatically hung up.

Customer Information
1. This equipment complies with Part 68 of the FCC rules and the requirements adopted by the ACTA. On the
bottom of this equipment is a label that contains, among other information, a product identifier in the
format US:AAAEQ##TXXXX. If requested, this number must be provided to the telephone company.
2. A plug and jack used to connect this equipment to the premises wiring and telephone network must comply
with the applicable FCC Part 68 rules and requirements adopted by the ACTA. A compliant telephone cord
and modular plug is provided with this product. It is designed to be connected to a compatible modular jack
that is also compliant. See installation instructions for details.
3. If this equipment [US: PNYAL02BXTX100] causes harm to the telephone network, the telephone company
will notify you in advance that temporary discontinuance of service may be required. But if advance notice
isn't practical, the telephone company will notify the customer as soon as possible. Also, you will be advised
of your right to file a complaint with the FCC if you believe it is necessary.
4. The telephone company may make changes in its facilities, equipment, operations or procedures that could
affect the operation of the equipment. If this happens the telephone company will provide advance notice in
order for you to make necessary modifications to maintain uninterrupted service.

If the equipment is causing harm to the telephone network, the telephone company may request that you
disconnect the equipment until the problem is resolved.
6. Please follow instructions for repairing if any (e.g. battery replacement section); otherwise do not alternate
or repair any parts of device except specified. For repair procedures, follow the instructions outlined under
the limited warranty.
7. Connection to party line service is subject to state tariffs. Contact the state public utility commission, public
service commission or corporation commission for information.
8. If your home has specially wired alarm equipment connected to the telephone line, ensure the installation of
this [AL] does not disable your alarm equipment. If you have questions about what will disable alarm
equipment, consult your telephone company or a qualified installer.
9. If the telephone company requests information on what equipment is connected to their lines, inform them
of:
a) The ringer equivalence number [0.2B]
b) The USOC jack required [RJ11C]
c) Facility Interface Codes (“FIC”) [02LS2]
d) Service Order Codes (“SOC”) [N/A]
e) The FCC Registration Number [US: PNYAL02BXTX100]
10. The REN is used to determine the number of devices that may be connected to a telephone line. Excessive
RENs on a telephone line may result in the devices not ringing in response to an incoming call. In most but
not all areas, the sum of RENs should not exceed five (5.0). To be certain of the number of devices that may
be connected to a line, as determined by the total RENs, contact the local telephone company. The REN for
this product is part of the product identifier that has the format US:AAAEQ##TXXXX. The digits represented
by ## are the REN without a decimal point. For this product the FCC Registration number is [US:
PNYAL02BXTX100] indicates the REN would be 0.2B.
