Znode USER INSTRUCTIONS Description: The Znode is designed to received signals from LRS 2.4 GHz devices and “retransmit” them. ZnoDe specifications • Required voltage: 110/120V outlet with 5Vdc power supply. • Operating Frequency: 2.4GHz to 2.475GHz • Transmit Power: 100 mw • Transmit Range: 300’ incluDeD items: • Znode • 5VDC Power Supply • 2.4 GHz Antenna connecting the antenna: The antenna should be placed on the SMA connector on the Znode and tightened into place (see picture) positioning anD installing the ZnoDe: notes: • Metal surfaces and thick walls will reduce the signal strength. The Znode operates at its best when installed at the “fringe” of your area. This means you should get it as far from the T750x transmitter or WIN application as possible but still be able to communicate with the T750x or WIN application. 1. Set T750X or WIN application into Associate Mode. 2. Connect the 5VDC power supply into the Znode. Long Range Systems Znode User Instructions 3. Press the button on the side of the Znode once. 4. The LED will begin to flash. The green LEDs will flash to show that the Znode connected to the T750X or WIN application. 5. The green LED will flash once every 5 seconds to show it is connected. note: if the Znode does not connect, repeat the process. to re-associate a Znode: 1. Press and hold the button on the side of the Znode for 5 seconds. 2. The LED will now be RED. 3. Put the T750x or WIN application into Associate mode. 4. Press the button on the side of the Znode once. troubleshooting: My LED is displaying RED all the time? The Znode is currently waiting to be associated to a T750x or WIN application.
