Never use the induction hotplate in high humidity or precarious environment. Don’t heat sealed food before opening the cover. Never use the induction hotplate in high humidity environment. Operation Instructions 2. Plug in After the power supply is connected, the buzzer sounds, indicating that the hotplate is in a state of standby. 3. Turn on When the “ON/STANDBY” button is pressed, the buzzer sounds. The “ON/STANDBY” indicator lamp lights up. Childproof Lock When the hotplate is in working state, to prevent children from operation, you can activate the childproof lock by pressing the childproof lock button, the buzzer will sound at the same time. In the childproof lock state, “Childproof Lock” button and “ON/STANDBY” button can be operated, other buttons are non effective. You can deactivate the childproof lock by holding the childproof lock button. The buzzer will sound. . Operation Instructions 1. Put the pot on the hotplate. Put the pot which has food in the center of the ceramic plate. Make sure the air vent and the air entry are not blocked and there are not metallic objects around the Applicable Pots . Timer In working state, after the "Timer" key is pressed, the buzzer gives out a sound, the nixie tube flashes and displays the “0”, indicating that the induction hotplate enters timing working state. Each time the "+" or "-" is pressed, the time can increase or decrease by 1 minute. If it is held, the time will increase or decrease minutes quickly with 10 minutes as an increment. In the timing setting state, press the timer button again will cancel the timing. After timing period is set, the time stabilizes after the nixie tube flashes for 5 seconds to confirm the period to be effective. If the timer is 0, the timer is noneffective. In the timing working state, hold the timer button to cancel the timing. When the working time reaches, the hotplate will shut down automatically. Automatic Shutdown Protection: The induction hotplate will shut down when the hotplate default timer of program is reached unless the user sets the timer himself. If using other pots, please observe the following conditions: Requirement for pot materials: containing magnetic inducting materials Shape requirement: plat bottom, with the diameter more than 12 cm and less than 26 cm. 2. After the first use, some white spots would appear at the bottom of the pot. This is normal. Please pour some vinegar into the pot, heat it at about 60-80OC, then wipe the spots away with brush. 3. Inapplicable pots material: glass, ceramic, aluminium, copper and other non magnetic material. 4 If the pot is moved away, the induction hotplate will stop heating immediately. After the buzzer sounds about 1minute, it will go into standby mode automatically. . Methods for Cleanness and Maintenance 1. Please unplug the hotplate before cleaning, after the ceramic plate isn’t hot, you can start cleaning. 2. The dust around the air entry and air vent be cleaned lightly with flexible dry cloth or a flexible brush or cleaner. 3. The slight dirt on the ceramic panel: please clean with soft wet cloth. 4. The oily dirt: clean with soft wet cloth dipped in little toothpaste or neutral detergent and clean with soft wet cloth until no residue exists. Troubleshooting Guide 1.
