If a non‐stan ndard charrger is used to charge, BH H045 will triggger self‐prote ection and won’t charge bbattery. When a 5 V staandard chargger is used aggain, BH045 w will resume charging. When charging, the red indicator lightt will remain on; o When fullly charged, thhe red indicator light will go off autom matically. 6.P Power ON / OFF ON: Long press button for 3 seconds tto turn on BH H045. In RX mode, Blue i ndicator light will flash h quickly. In TX T mode, Grreen indicato r light will flash quickly iff without pa iring informa ation; and will flash slow wly for 30 secconds and th en flash quickly if with pairing informaation. Then, yo ou can hear the audio from m the Non‐Bluetooth TV V (computer)) via a Bluetoooth headpho one (Bluetootth speaker). Turn the switch to o “RX” side to o enter Bluetoooth RX mode. Conn nect BH045 to t the Non‐Bluetooth in‐caar speaker (an old‐style Non‐Bluetoothh speaker or head dphone) with h a cable. Pairr BH045 to a ssmartphone (iPad) via Blu uetooth. Thenn, you can listten to m music from thee smartphone (iPad) via thhe Non‐Bluettooth in‐car speaker (Non‐‐Bluetooth old‐sstyle speakerr or headphon ne). In this way, w BH045 can c transmit music from a Non‐Blueto ooth multimeedia audio device (such as TV, PC) to t a Bluetooth h headphonee / Bluetooth speaker etc... 9.1 P Pair with One e Bluetooth Headphone Step p 1: Connect BH045 to the Audio outpuut port of a Non‐Bluetooth h multimediaa audio device (such as TV, PC) with w a 3.5 mm m audio cablee or RCA cable e. Step p 2: Select a mode: turn th he switch to ““TX” to enter Bluetooth TX X mode. button for 3 seconds with Step p 3: Power on n BH045 by lo ong pressing w Green inndicator light flash hing quickly. Itt takes 5‐30 seconds to coomplete the automatic con nnection to thhe Bluetooth head dphone / Bluetooth speakker. After the successsful pairing, BH045 Green indicator ligh ht will remain n on. Step p 2: Select a mode. Turn th he switch to ““RX’ side to enter Bluetooth receiver m mode. Step p 3: Power on. o Long presss buttonn for 3 secon nds to powerr on with Bluue indicator light flash hing quickly. Step p 4: Pair. Wheen the Blue indicator lightt flashes quicckly, BH045 will w enter paiiring mode (SShort presss button n to enter paiiring mode). Step p 5: Enable Bluetooth on your smartp hone. Search h “BH045” an nd click to coonnect. If nee eded, inpu ut the passwo ord “0000”. After the connecction, Blue indicator light will remain on. o The code ecs will be sh own according to the ssmartphone. If the smartp phone codec is “APTX”, the codec of BH H045 is “APTXX”. Step p 6: Play musiic on your sm martphone an d begin to lissten to music. 10.22 Connect witth Two Smarttphones Step p 1: After thee connection to the first s martphone, short press button too enter Bluettooth parin ng state with Blue indicato or light flashi ng quickly. Step p 2: Enable Bluetooth on the second smartphone e. Search “BH H045” and cl ick to conne ect. If need ded, input the password “0000”. “ Step p 3: After thee connection, the Blue inndicator lightt remains on. Then, two smartphoness will conn nect to BH04 45 simultaneously. The coodec will be same as tha at of the sm martphone pla aying mussic. If the smaartphone playying music is oof APTX mode, the codec of BH045 willl be “APTX”. 10.33 Handsfree Call C Function Answ wer a Call: Sh hort press button. Hangg up a Call: Short press button. Rejeect a Call: Lon ng press bu utton for 1 seecond. Rediial a Call: 1..Double presss button to redial the e last phone e number diialed on the first smartphone. 2.Double presss button tto redial the last phone number dialeed on the se econd smartphone. Swittch the Call: During the ca all, long presss button fo or 1 second to t change thee device betw ween the ssmartphone and BH045. A call is incomingg during the call: 1.Sh hort press button to hang up the currrent call and d answer an in ncoming call.. 2.Lo ong press button to ansswer an incom ming call and put the curre ent call on hoold. Betw ween the Two o Calls: 1.Sh hort press button to hang up the currrent call and d switch to the other call. 2.Lo ong press button to switch between two smartph hones. 10.44 Voice dialing Longg press bu utton for abo out 1 secondd, and release the butto on when youu hear the sound prom mpt to enablee or disable voice dialing ffunction. 10.55 Play Music Play / Pause: Sho ort press button. Nextt track: Shortt press “+” bu utton. Prevvious track: Sh hort press “‐”” button. Volu ume up: Longg press “+” bu utton (MAX voolume with a sound prompt). Volu ume down: Lo ong press “‐” button (MIN volume with h a sound pro ompt). 11.Enter Pairring mode 1.If only one Blu uetooth devicce is connectted to BH045 5, short presss mod de (RX or TX indicator lightt will flash quuickly). buttonn to enter pa airing 2.Lo ong press button for 3 seconds too disconnectt from the cu urrent devicees. Blue indicator lightt (RX) or Greeen indicator liight (TX) will fflash quickly to enter pairing mode. 12.Reconnecction 1.RX X Mode Reconnection Reco onnection aftter power on n: Enable Blueetooth on yo our smartphone. Then, turrn on BH045 with Bluee indicator ligght flashing quickly. Then,, BH045 will reconnect to the last connnected Bluettooth device. The recon nnection lastss 30 seconds . If the device e fails to reco onnect withinn 30 seconds. Click “BH0045” on yourr smartphone e manually too connect. Exceeeding Blueto ooth distance e: If the devvice exceeds Bluetooth distance, the Bluetooth will be disco onnected. An nd BH045 will reconnect with Blue ind dicator light flashing slow wly. If no device is conn nected in 20 minutes, BH0 045 will poweer off automaatically. 2.TX X Mode Recon nnection Reco onnection aftter power on: With your B Bluetooth headphone pow wering on firsst, turn on BH045 and its Green ind dicator light will flash sloowly. Then, BH045 will recconnect to thhe last conne ected device. The recon nnection lasts 30 s. After 330 seconds, it enters pairing mode witth Green indicator lightt flashes quickly. Exceeeding Blueto ooth distance: If the devic e exceeds the Bluetooth distance, the Bluetooth will w be disco onnected. An nd BH045 will reconnect aautomaticallyy with Green indicator lighht flashing slowly. If no o device is con nnected in 10 0 minutes, BH H045 will pow wer off autom matically. 13.Erase Bluetooth Pa airing Info ormation Step p 1: In power‐‐on state, lon ng press button for 8 seconds until the Red ind icator light co omes out twice. BH045 5 will erase the paired devvices and enter Bluetooth h pairing modde. Blue or Green indiccator light will flash quicklly. Step p 2: Please erase the Blluetooth pai ring informaation simultaneously (Pleease refer to o the instrructions on how to erase pairing inform mation on your smartphon ne or Bluetoooth headphon ne). 14.Low Batte ery Warning Wheen the batteryy is below 3.3 3 V, BH045 w will alarm auto omatically. Th he Red indicaator light will flash quicckly every two o minutes. With W battery ussed up, BH04 45 will power off automatiically. 15.Auto‐Shu ut Off 1.If there is no o Bluetooth device connnected after BH045 po owers on, itt will power off auto omatically aftter 10 minute es. 2.If tthe connecteed device excceeds the effeective Blueto ooth distance for about 200 minutes, BH045 will power off au utomatically if no Bluetoooth device is connected (In Bluetooth TX mode, BH045 will power off aftter 10 minute es). Step p 1: Please en nsure that BH045 has beenn turned on. Step p 2: Please ch heck whetherr you’ve seleccted a proper Bluetooth mode. Turn t he switch to “TX” side and the Greeen indicator light flashees quickly; Tu urn the switcch to “RX” sside and the Blue indiccator light flashes quickly. Step p 3: Check wh hether BH045 is in pairinng mode (Gre een or Blue indicator lightt flashes quickly). Shorrt press bu utton to enter pairing modde. Step p 4: In RX mode, check whether yourr smartphone can search h the Bluetoooth name. Iff not, disable and enab ble Bluetooth h on your sm martphone. In n TX mode, check whetheer your Bluettooth head dphone is in pairing mode e. If not, set tthe Bluetooth h headphone e to pairing m mode according to its in nstructions. Step p 5: Long preess for 8 seconds to cclear the parring information on BH0445 and try pa airing again. Clear the Bluetoo oth pairing lisst on the smaartphone and d Bluetooth headphone bby the instrucctions of th he smartphon ne or Bluetoo oth headphonne. Takee Bose QC 35 5 II for examp ple, turn the switch to the Bluetooth icon. Long prress for 10 s until you hear “Bluettooth device list cleared”” (Bluetooth h pairing list have been erased) and d the Blueetooth indicattor light flash hes in blue. Whyy is the musicc quality poo or? Step p 1. Ensure tw wo ends of the 3.5 mm cabble are firmlyy connected. Step p 2. Check wh hether the AU UX cable is fullly plugged in n. Step p 3. Change a 3.5 mm audiio cable. Step p 4. Try anoth her Non‐Bluettooth device. Whyy is the conne ection short‐distanced annd intermittent? Blueetooth is a sho ort‐distanced d wireless tecchnology. Wh hen too much h obstructionss are nearby, such as Bluetooth devvices, wirelesss signals, wallls, they will disturb the tra ansmission. Step p 1: Maybe th he device excceeds the Bluuetooth distaance. Come back to the eeffective dista ance. Mayybe it’s obstru ucted by the wall, w please uuse BH045 in a spare place e. Step p 2: The wireeless signal will w disturb thhe Bluetooth h connection. Please use the BH045 in an environment without strong obstruction. Whyy is the volum me so low wh hen listening to music? Step p 1: Confirm whether two ends of the aaudio cable are firmly connected. Step p 2: Increase the t volume on o BH045, sm martphone and speaker etcc. Step p 3: Change another comp patible devicee. Whyy there is no sound after the t successfuul connection n? Step p 1: Check wh hether the vo olume of youur computer, TV, or Blueto ooth headphoone and BH0 045 is high h enough. Step p 2: Check wh hether the cable is firmly cconnected. Step 3: Check whether the audio cable is complete. Step 4: In TX mode, check whether the TV has sound with a wired headphone. If not, adjust the audio output to “headphone” for the television. Step 5: Change an audio cable and check whether it has sound. Why can’t BH045 be connected to my television in Bluetooth TX mode?
