1. Introduction

Thank you for purchasing the Magic II. This device can be easily connected
to your smartphone, Tablet PC and other devices via Bluetooth or audio
cable.

2. Battery Precautions

Master can be powered by a built-in rechargeable lithium battery. Please
charge the battery at least 8 hours before your first use of device. If the
device is not used for a long period of time, Please charge the battery.
Use only the supplied USB micro cable to recharge the battery. Improper
charging may damage the battery and the device.
Do not attempt to open the rechargeable battery or battery pack. There is not
serviceable part inside.
Should a battery leak, the device may become damaged. Clean the battery
compartment immediately, Avoid it touching your skin.
Keep the battery out of reach of children. If swallowed, consult a physician
immediately.
Avoid storing the battery in extreme hot or cold environments. A device with
a hot or cold battery may not work temporarily, even when the battery is fully
charged.
Do not dispose batteries in a fire as they may explode. Batteries may also
explode if damaged. Please dispose of them according to local regulations.
Do not dispose them as household waste.

4. Bluetooth Connection

The Magic II can be used in two ways :
1. Use both the Master and Slave.
Pair Magic II to your smart device ( keep pairing distance with 10meters )
Generally speaking, the Master and Slave are connected before packaing.
They will connect automatically when you open both of them.
The master and slave connect automatically, how to connect the Master
with your device:
1. Select "Set Up" Bluetooth or turn "on" Bluetooth on your device.
2. Select "search" or "Discover" devices
3. Select "Magic II"
4. If requested, type the password 0000.
5. Press the Enter key
After completing the steps above, a message on your device will appear
confirming that your device is now paired /connected.
In case of unsuccessful pairing, Press “ ” to turn off the device and restart
them
2. Use the Master especially when you are outside.
Notice:
If you turn off the device, but the Bluetooth on your smart phone remains
open, when you restart the device, the Bluetooth will be connected
automatically.
When your smartphone and this speaker are apart beyond bluetooth
receiving range, after 10 minutes, this speaker will disconnect with your
smartphone and turn into pairing mode. If within 10 minutes your smartphone
is back, It will connect with this speaker automatically.
If long press “ ” buttom, the speaker will be disconnected and ready to pair
with other smartphones.
Disconnected, connect the Master with Slave first:
If the Master and Slave were disconnected, please connect it as following:
1. Connect the Slave via DC adapter.
2. Short press Slave ON/OFF button until the light flashes slowly in blue then
release it.
3. Short press ON/OFF button again until the light flashes quickly in blue then
release it.
4. Long press ON/OFF button of Master until the light flashes slowly in blue
then release it.
5. Long press ON/OFF button again until you hear two beeps then release it.
6. Wait a while until the light of the master/slave turn solid blue. Now the two
speakers are paired.
In case of unsuccessful pairing, Press “ ” to turn off the device and restart
process .

5. NFC Connection
Please activate the NFC function (subject to tablets own setting) on your
bluetooth device. Bring your device close to the speaker, (as above
picture).
Your bluetooth device will ask you whether you want to pair the speaker,
confirm by “Yes” or “OK”, then the pairing process is completed.
NFC: Near Field Communication, is a set of
standards for Smartphones and this speaker to
establish Bluetooth radio communication with
each other by touching them together or bringing
them into close proximity, usually no more than a
few centimeters.

8. Microphone Usage
When a phone call comes in, press the pause button, you can now talk
through the microphone on the speaker.

The Master has a built-in rechargeable lithium battery that can be charged by
Slave or USB port.
When it’s charging, the light will turn red.
The Slave can support power to the Master and Smart phone by wireless.
Put the Master onto the Slave for charging (to avoid the Master slipping,
a non-slip mat can be used)
10. Product care
Your device is designed to be, powerful and durable. As an electronic device,
it must be treated carefully. Putting unnecessary pressure on it or striking the
device against other objects may cause damage.
To avoid damage to your device :
Do not drop, crush, bend or apply excessive force to the device.
Do not expose your device to moisture, extreme or prolonged heat, cold,
humidity, or other adverse conditions. Avoid storing it in damp, humid or
wet places. It is not waterproof.
Clean the unit with a soft cloth or damp chamois leather. Never use
solvents.
The Unit can Only be opened by qualified personnel.
This device contains magnets. Keep magnetic field sensitive products such
as credit cards and video screen away from this device to avoid damage or
malfunction.
