31 IntroductionPrime bolt is a powerful GPS locator which is designed for vehicle, pets and assets tracking. Withsuperior receiving sensitivity, fast TTFF and GSM frequencies 850/1900. Its location can be realtime or schedule tracked by backend server or specified terminals. Based on the embeddedwireless tracking protocol, Prime bolt can communicate with the backend server throughGPRS/GSM network, and transfer reports of emergency, Geo-fencing, device status and scheduledGPS position etc… Service provider is easy to setup their tracking platform based on thefunctional wireless tracking protocol.2 Product Overview2.1 AppearanceFigure 1-1

5AC-DC PowerAdapter / CableIt is used to connect the wireless charging padfor power supply.3.2 Battery Wireless ChargingThe following items are suggestion for battery charge, please pay more attention.Please connect AC-DC power adapter/cable with wireless charging pad.Insert the AC-DC power adapter into the power socket.Place Prime bolt on the wireless charging pad as following.For optimal performance, Prime bolt should be placed in the proper location on the pad.The charging pad LED light will fast flash blue if the device is not properly aligned andslowly flash blue when a good charge alignment is acquired.During the charging process, the Prime bolt Power LED lightwill flash red. Whenthe battery is fully charged, the Prime bolt Power LED light will be dark.Charging will last about 20 hours.4 Trouble shooting and Safety info4.1 Trouble shootingTrouble Possible Reason SolutionMessages can’t bereported to thebackend server byAPN is wrong. SomeAPN can not visit theinternet directly.Ask the network operator for the rightAPN.
64.2 Safety infoThe following items are suggestion for safety use, please pay more attention.Please do not disassemble the device by yourself.Please do not put the device on the overheating or too humid place, avoid exposureto direct sunlight. Too high temperature will damage the device or even cause thebattery explosion.Please do not use Prime bolt on the airplane or near medical equipment.FCC Caution.§ 15.19 Labelling requirements.This device complies with part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is subject to thefollowing two conditions: (1) This device may not cause harmful interference, and (2)this device must accept any interference received, including interference that maycause undesired operation.§ 15.21 Information to user.Any Changes or modifications not expressly approved by the party responsible forcompliance could void the user's authority to operate the equipment.§ 15.105 Information to the user.Note: This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a ClassB digital device, pursuant to part 15 of the FCC Rules. These limits are designed toGPRS. The IP address or port ofthe backend server iswrong.Make sure the IP address for thebackend server is an identified addressin the internet.Prime bolt can’t fixGPS successfully.GPS LED flashesslowly.The GPS signal is weak. Please move Prime bolt to a place withopen sky.It is better to let the top surface face tothe sky. (The same surface withindication LED)

This equipment should be installed and operated withminimum distance 20cm between the radiator & your body.
