Charge the battery.2. If your compatible device, suchas a phone, supports Near FieldCommunication (NFC), activateits NFC feature, and touch theNFC area of the speaker (1) withthe NFC area of your device. Thespeaker switches on, andconnects to the deviceautomatically.If your compatible device doesnot support NFC, to switch onthe speaker, press and hold thepower key (7). Press and hold (4) for 3 seconds. Pairing modeis activated, and the blueindicator light (3) flashesslowly.
