2 When using it
2-1 Attention in use
2-1-1 Attention concerning use of device
1) Please read "Manual” of each equipment correctly and use it.
2) It is not the one to prevent the crime such as the thefts though this device controls an insertion leaving a room
and an electric lock. Please acknowledge being not able to assume the responsibility at all even when an emergency
accident and damage are caused.
3) Please intercept the breaker that supplies the power supply to a pertinent equipment when it smells abnormal from
the equipment by any chance or it overheats and is smoking.
4) It doesn't assume the responsibility about the collateral damage due to the instrument fault.
5) It becomes impossible for it to become difficult to read for surroundings to include a metal, an electric equipment,
and the power cable, etc. because the noncontact card reader is an equipment that used the electric wave, and to
read. It is not greatly influenced for the electric wave (radio television inverters), and do not set up these things in
the surrounding, please.
6) There is something that uses same frequency (13.56MHz) in medical equipment. It causes the malfunction when is
to be near such medical equipment.

2-1-2 Attention concerning use of cards.
The cards used with this system are contactless IC cards that contain electric parts (integrated circuit chip) in them.
When the cards are bent or pressure is applied, the stress might hang in built-in electric parts and it cause the
breakdown. Moreover, the resin material (vinyl chloride or PET) used for the surface of the card might be
transformed by heat. Please note the following points to prevent the card being damaged.
(1)Don’t bend or apply pressure. It might break off the cards.
(2)Keep cards in the card cases (hard case) when you carry.
(3)Avoid keeping cards in a purses or soft card cases. (they are easy to bend.)
(4)Avoid keeping cards in the pocket.
(5)Don’t drop card while using it (And, be keeping it).
(6)Don’ t leave the card in the place (dashboard etc. of the car) that becomes a high temperature.
(7)Use card one by one. Don’t use it with other cards.
(8)Please do not carry the card to the following shop floors where the electromagnetical field is given to the card.

Hallmark shop floor where it static electricity examines, and noise is examined
Additionally, surrounding of power line, transformation installation, and mass motor that generates strong
electromagnetical field etc.
(9)Please inform the manager or the service office promptly when you lose the card.

2-1-3 How to use
The card is held up in parallel in the card reading part referring to the figure below.
Please hold card one by one to enter (or exit) a room.

Move the card too fast or too slow, it may fails to read the
card, and it beeps long, and the OK/NG lamp lights red.
Please hold the card again. It might read completely.

2-2 What is the card reader?
The card reader read the card data, and it compare them with the registered card data. And it controls the lock of the
door.
