Install RS232C Interface Board

INSTALL RS-232C INTERFACE BOARDACCESSORIES : screw x 3 , Installation manualNOTE :• Voltage is supplied to some parts even when the POWER switchis turned off. To prevent electric shocks, be sure to turn off theVCR and unplug the power cord when installing the RS-232Cinterface PCB.• Read the warnings stamped or labeled in various locations onthe VCR and its parts.1. Remove the two screws securingthe cover plate.( Need not remove the top cover.)2. To remove the cover plate, slide it tothe left side and then pull it towardsyou.
3. Remove the cable from the coverplate.4. Connect the cable terminal on theVCR(PCB) to the connector REon the RS-232C PCB.5. Insert the RS-232C PCB into therear of VCR, as shown.
6. Slide the RS-232C PCB in thedirection of the arrow.7. On the rear of VCR, tighten thethree screws that secure the RS-232C PCB in place.
