Note: This unit has been tested and found to comply
with the limits for a class A digital device, pursuant to
part 15 of the FCC Rules. These limits are designed to
provide reasonable protection against harmful
interference when the equipment is operated in a

for the WIT2411 module is as follows: Transmitter Module FCCID: HSW-2411M.
About This Manual
This manual is designed to allow integration of the Cirronet WIT2411 OEM module into
complete products. Care has been taken to try and make sure all of the information in this manual

Notice to WIT2411 users/installers using the following fixed antenna:
Mobile Mark 9dBi Corner Reflector
The field strength radiated by this antenna, when connected to a transmitting WIT2411 module,
may exceed FCC mandated RF exposure limits. FCC rules require professional installation of this
antenna in such a way that the general public will not be closer than 2 m from the radiating
aperture this antenna. End users of these systems must also be informed that RF exposure limits
may be exceeded if personnel come closer than 2 m to the aperture of this antenna.

Mobile Mark 9dBi omnidirectional,
Cirronet 6dBi patch,
Ace 2dBi dipole,

Use Within the European Union
The WIT2411 is intended for use within the following European Community States:
Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, The
Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Sweden and the United Kingdom
The WIT2411 is also intended for use in the following non-European Union States:
Iceland, Norway, Switzerland
Use of the WIT2411 in France
When used in France, the WIT2411 can only be operated with the France hopping pattern
selected. This is accomplished by setting the pe parameter to TBD. Refer to Section 5.3 Protocol
Commands for details.
Use of the WIT2411 in Spain
When used in Spain, the WIT2411 can only be operated with the Spain hopping pattern selected.
This is accomplished by setting the pe parameter to TBD. Refer to Section 5.3 Protocol
Commands for details.
Use of the WIT2411 in Another Product
Manufacturers that incorporate the WIT2411 into a product they place on the
market in the European Union must notify the national authority responsible in
the relevant Member State for spectrum management of the intention to place
such equipment on its national market.
