Make sure the computer is on to begin charging the portable Power bank.3. Charging mobile phones and other electronic devices.a. The portable power device has a USB output port which has the maximum output current of 1000 mA.b. Connect to USB cable to your mobile phone/device using the appropriate connector. Connect the other end of the USB cable to the OUT port of the portable Power bank. Your mobile phone/device should display the status of charging.c.
