K E Y DESCRIPTION
Standby Press the button to place the computer in Standby:
" mode. Press the Power button or any key briefly, to
Q resume normal operation.
5 Keys Press the S key buttons to activate specific
' applications.
Brightness Control Press a button to increase (+) or decrease (-) the
brightness of the munilor screen.
Mute Press the button to turn affine volume ofthe speaker,
@ Press the Mute button again to restore sound.

Press 3 button to incccase (H or decrease (-) the
volume of the speakers.
The U function kcys along the top of the keyboard
are used to perform certain tasks. The task associated
with each Emotion key may vary from one application
to the next.
Use the numcric keypad area w type numbers at to
perform basic math caiculations, Press the Num Lock
key to activate me numeric keypad. (The Num hock
indicator lights.) Press the Num Lock key again to
deactivate the numeric keypad.
The Up, Down, Lefi, and Right arrow keys move tho
polnter on the screen.
The Applications key displays I shortcut msnu in
cumin software applications. Pro-sing this key is
equivalent to click“ 1 the right mouse button.
The key with the new“ Mndnwso logo.
displays the Start manu. Pressing this key is
equivalent to clicking Start on the mkbnr.
