Select In tab to display Incoming Calls. OR Select Out tab to display Outgoing Calls. 5. Select the person you wish to call. 6. Click Dial or 1 + Dial to dial the person. 7. The Memo Pad will open. 6. Touch Add. 7. Touch For to enter the name of the memo recipient. 8. Choose the type of memo you want to leave: • to type a message. • to draw a message. 9. Other options include: to change • Touch background color. • Touch to change font color. • Touch to erase. • Touch to add emoticons. 10. Touch Done to save the memo. You’re done! This person will be added to your Speed Dial List. Call Person on Speed Dial List 1. Touch Menu. 2. Touch Calls & Messages. 3. Touch Speed Dial. 4. The Speed Dial list will appear. 5. To verify successful registration, press . A dial tone will be emitted from the handset and it’s ready to place a call. Note: If there is no dial tone but the handset successfully registered with the base, verify that the base unit is connected to an active telephone line and that this line is plugged into the phone port on the back of the base unit.
