9ENGLISHBEFORE GETTING STARTED Before use, refer to the Battery section in the General Information category. CHARGING THE PARROT BEBOP 2’S BATTERY1. Select the adapter (supplied) corresponding to your country and connect it to the charger.2. Connect the charging cable (supplied) to the charger.3. Connect the battery to the charging cable and plug the charger into an available power outlet. The indicator light is red during charging and then turns green when the battery is charged. The battery charging time is about 55 minutes. Flight time is approximately 25 minutes.CHARGING THE PARROT SKYCONTROLLER 2’S BATTERY1. Select the adapter for your country and attach it to the charger.2. Connect the Parrot Skycontroller 2 to the charger, and then plug the charger into the mains. The charge time is approximately 1 hour 40 minutes for 4 hours of use.
10INSTALLING THE PROPELLERSInstall, then lock the propellers onto the motors of the Bebop 2 as indicated in (1 diagram) using the supplied propeller mounting tool (2 diagram). Please note that the propellers are not interchangeable, and must be installed correctly before operation.12

In the FreeFlight Pro application, go to Fly & Film > Settings > Display > FPV mode and press Enable. >FPV mode launches on your smartphone.7. 22The Parrot Bebop 2 is a model aircraft designed for recreational and leisure purposes. The pilot must always maintain direct visual contact with the Parrot Bebop 2 and monitor its trajectory. The Parrot Bebop 2 must be used in accor-dance with the civil aviation regulations in your country. You should only use the Parrot Bebop 2 in open spaces so that you can ensure the safety of people, animals and property at all times. There are some public places such as train stations, airports, etc., and roads where you may not be permitted to use your Parrot Bebop 2.During flight, the propellers of the Parrot Bebop 2 can cause injury to people and damage property. Do not touch the Parrot Bebop 2 while it is in flight! Wait until the propellers have completely stopped before handling the Parrot Bebop 2.Only use accessories specified by the manufacturer.Irreversible damage may be caused if sand or dust get into the Parrot Bebop 2. Should this occur, your drone may not function as intended.Do not use the Parrot Bebop 2 in adverse weather conditions such as rain, strong winds, and snow, or in poor visibility conditions, for example, at night.Keep the Parrot Bebop 2 away from high voltage power lines, buildings or any other potentially dangerous areas.Do not use this device near liquids. The battery temperature must never exceed 60 °C (140 °F) otherwise the battery could be damaged or ignite. Never charge on a flammable surface, near flammable products or inside a vehicle (preferably place the battery in a non-flammable and non-conductive container). Never leave the battery unattended during the charging process. Never disassemble or modify the housing’s wiring, or puncture the cells. Always ensure that the charger output voltage corresponds to the voltage of the battery. Do not short circuit the batteries. Never expose the LiPo battery to moisture or direct sun-light, or store it in a place where temperatures could exceed 60 °C (car in the sun, for example). 46BATTERIE (PARROT SKYCONTROLLER 2 ET PARROT BEBOP 2)ATTENTION : Le non-respect de l’ensemble des instructions peut provoquer des blessures graves, endommager de façon irréversible la batterie et provo-quer un incendie, un dégagement de fumée ou une explosion. Toujours vérifier l’état de la batterie avant de la charger ou de l’utiliser. Rempla-cer la batterie si elle a subi un choc, ou en cas d’odeur, de surchauffe, de déco-loration, de déformation ou de fuite. Ne jamais rien utiliser pour charger la bat-terie à l’exception d’un chargeur approuvé LiPo. Toujours utiliser un chargeur à équilibrage de cellules LiPo ou un équilibreur de cellules LiPo.
