Operang condions suitable for    correct weighingthe scale is responsible for regular calibraon in accordance with naonal regulaons.Ocial calibraon checks are required aer changesOcial  calibraon  checks are required immediately  aer changes to the liing arms, liing cylinders, switching points of proximity switches or the load carrier.Scales with loading buckets are not suited for very scky goods ......which may shi the zero point by more than 0.5 e (calib-raon value) between weighing buckets.Using the scale to weigh aggregate for building material preparaon: (e. g. concrete mixing)Observe the applicable regulaons on the accuracy of weig-hing individual components. The lower limit of the minimum load is 10 e (e = calibraon value / = the least signicant digit of the scale).Only carry out weighing during smooth travelCarry out weighing whilst travelling smoothly, if possible, or in horizontal staonary posion. A warning will be displayed and weighing will be blocked if the vehicle is not level enough.Weighing should only be carried out within the permied temperature range:•  Do not operate a scale outside its permissible tempe-rature range, see the “Technical data” chapter in the Instruction Manual.•  When using external components (printer, etc.), obser-ve the temperatures given in their specific data sheets.This scale is designed exclusively for weighing of bulk goods using:•  Wheel l oad ers an d similar u tilit y ve hicl es (e. g. Forkli f t tru ck s  or telehandlers with a lifting fork or loading bucket).•  The bulk goods should not have a tendency to stick.•  Any adhering material must be removed from the loading bucket after use.•  Damages resulting from the use of weighing tickets other than the original PFREUNDT tickets intended for the specific printer shall be excluded from our warranty.    Any use other than as designated shall be deemed incorrect.The WK60 wheel loader scale may only be used by trained persons.•  The company operating the scale must instruct the operating staff on safe handling of the scale.Translaon of the original German manualStructural changes to the scale and its components may result in a threat to life or damage to equipment. •  Structural changes to the scale and its components are prohibited.•  Conversion of and repairs to the scale may only be carried out by persons trained and authorized by the manufacturer.•  Only original spare parts and accessories approved by the manufacturer may be used.Incorrect use of the scale may lead to life-threatening situaons. The scale has not been approved for  operaon in:•  potentially explosive environments•  aggressive environments (e. g. in rooms with acid /etching or galvanizing baths)•  in environments prone to stray currents or heat  (e. g. due to welding)Overloading transport vehicles is life-threatening.•  Obtain information on the permissible loading of such vehicles and strictly comply with such limits.•  Avoid incorrect weighing, e.g. by ensuring correct positioning of wheel loaders during weighing.4. The „WHEEL LOADER SCALE - Informaon” page will open.3.    +    Open the menu and acvate the      funcon „Reset to zero”.4.  The scale zeroing prompt will then appear. The current total will not be deleted.1.  Hold down the ON/OFF key for about 2 seconds.2.  The Starng screen will then appear.3.  The following acons will be required aer switching on, depending on scale conguraon:•  Logging on a user *•  Performing warm-up strokes *•  Zeroing the scale* see the Instrucon ManualDepending on conguraon, scale zeroing will be required in the following situaons:•  After switching on•  When completing the loading procedureManually calling up zeroingYou may at any me call up zeroing in the weighing program menu.2. Empty the loading bucket when you are    prompted in the display.6.  Connue  loading  unl  the  transport vehicle  is  full  or  the specied target weight has been reached.7.  Finish the loading procedure - see next chapter.8.1  Finish loading1.  Push the weighing slip into the printer * as soon as the vehicle has been loaded.* if a printer is connected.2.  If the master data are deac-vated, the weighing data will be automacally printed and loading will be complete.The page “LOADING - Master data” will automacally open with the most recently selec-ted master data if the master data are acvated.Weighing with a dynamic scale3. If the bucket’s tare weight is outside the zeroing range of, a warning will be displayed.Proceed as follows in this case:•  Check the bucket and remove any load residues.•  Repeat zeroing.Terminate loading without printer and master data1.  Aer the last weighing, tap on the „Loading” mode.2.   The  „LOADING - Master data” page will open.3.       Tap on „Finish loading”.4.  The weighing data will be automacally saved.5.  The main page of the scale will then be shown again.WK60 / WK60-S WK60-XS4.  The measured weight is then prominently displayed and added to the total. 3.
