When the destination phone number begins with “0”, however, enter the phone number except for the “0”. However, include “0” when making a call to some countries or regions such as italy.pWhen the text of an SMS message sent to the other party who is using an overseas carrier contains characters that do not support those on the destination phone, the characters might not be correctly displayed.
