[3 m]) from the camera even whenthe surrounding area is bright.(Depending on the viewing angle or theconditions when images were viewed,such as when there are shadows orbacklighting, faces may not bedistinguishable even when the person iswithin 9.8 ft. [3 m] of the camera.)– In the late afternoon and at night, orother times when the surrounding area isdark.
