Secure the AC adaptor cord bywrapping it around the hook.Connect the AC adaptor to thepower outlet.Note:RUse only the supplied Panasonic ACadaptor PNLV236.RIt takes about ten hours to fullycharge the battery.RThe LED indicator lights in amberwhile the battery is charging. Whencharging is complete, the LEDindicator lights in green (page 8).Note about powerconnectionsAC adaptor connectionRThe AC adaptor must remainconnected at all times. (It is normalfor the adaptor to feel warm duringuse.)RThe AC adaptor should beconnected to a vertically oriented orfloor-mounted AC outlet. Using the appWhen you register the backup batteryby using the [Home Network] app, youcan assign a name to your devices andgroup them by location. For moreinformation, refer to the User’s Guide(page 12).WirelesscommunicationrangeThe wireless communication range ofeach device in the system from the hubis approximately 50 m (160 feet)indoors and approximately 300 m(1,000 feet) outdoors.
