Due D to an equ uipment failure e, a new route er has been p put in place. F Fortunately ba ackup configu uration files have been saved to a Trivial File Transfer Protocol (TFTP P) Server. Yo ou are required to restore th he files from the TFTP T Server to get the rou uter back onlin ne with as littlle down time as possible. P Part 1: Establish E Connecttivity to th he TFTP Server Note: Bec cause this is a new router, initial configu uration will be e performed u using a conso ole connection n to the router. a. Click PCA, then the Desktop ta ab, followed by b Terminal to o access the RTA command line. b. Config gure and activ vate the Giga abit Ethernett 0/0 interface e. The IP address should m match the deffault gatew way for the TF FTP Server. c. Test connectivity c to o TFTP Serve er. Troublesh hoot, if necesssary. Save the configuration to NVRAM. c.
