QuickPort® 1-Port Surface Mount Housing

The compact surface mount housing accepts one
QuickPort snap-in connector module. The housing
supports voice/data applications in open office, retrofit
or other surface mount environments. It includes an ID
window, mounting screws and adhesive, and is available
in four colors.

FEATURES
• Low profile and small overall footprint
• Compatible with all individual QuickPort modules
• Housing base functions as a punchdown platform stabilizing
connector modules during termination
• Connector module can be pre-terminated prior to snapping into
housing port
• Comes in four colors: white, ivory, grey, and black

DESIGN CONSIDERATIONS

• Choose either screws or adhesive for mounting
• Bottom, side, or rear cable entry options (rear cable entry
recommended to help meet cable bend radius standards)
• Allows several port identification methods, including colored
modules, designation labels and custom silkscreening
• Allows the use of different colored connectors for different
applications to ID ports, 13 TIA-606 compatible connector
colors available. Leviton's pre-printed Port Designation Labels
are also compatible (PN 41080-L*B)

STANDARDS COMPLIANCE
SPECIFICATION

The surface mount housing shall be small and low profile
to accept one field-configurable QuickPort module. Base
and snap-on cover shall include knockouts for rear,
bottom, or side cable entry. Base shall also include cable
anchor points. Mounting methods shall include screws
and pressure sensitive adhesive. Cover shall include an
identification window. Construction shall be of high
impact fire retardant plastic rated UL 94V-0. Housing
shall be cULus listed and compliant with ANSI/TIA-568-C.

Meets or exceeds all applicable standards. cULus listed; complies
with NEC Article 800 and ANSI/TIA-568-C.
