Much like Orange County Choppers (OCC) designs and builds

customized motorcycles for their clientele, Eaton designs and

manufactures customized electrical equipment from a national

network of Satellites and Service Centers, strategically located

near major commercial centers. Eaton’s Hartford, CT, Satellite

supplied the electrical distribution equipment for OCC’s new

headquarters facility in nearby Newburgh, NY.

1. Low/Medium Voltage Switchgear

Eaton's Portland and Edmonton Power

Centers specialize in custom product config-

urations. We offer stainless steel engineered

assemblies, customized transition sections

to outdated equipment, designs for difficult

retrofit challenges and front-access low and

medium voltage switchgear.

2. Integrated Facilities Systems (IFS)

Eaton's Satellites offer IFS, a single, factory

pre-wired system that combines distribution

switchboards, dry-type distribution transform-

ers, panelboards and automatic transfer

switches. These systems create a clean, com-

pact layout; enable less wall and floor space;

and reduce labor and installation costs.

3. Stainless Steel Switchboard

Our switchboards are built from the ground

up based on customer input and needs.

From the simplest 800 amp to Web-enabled,

Eaton's Cutler-Hammert switchboards offer

the design flexibility to accommodate any

power distribution need you may have.

4. Custom Safety Switches

and Loadcenters

Eaton’s Flex Centers design and modify

safety switches, enclosed circuit breakers,

rotary disconnects and loadcenters for

unique customer needs that are not met by

standard products.

5. MCC Lineup and Communicating MCCs

Eaton's FlashGardt MCC offers features

to help prevent injury from electric shock,

arc-flash burn and arc-blast impacts.

Communicating MCCs deliver a complete,

plug-and-play solution for DeviceNete and

Ethernet networks. Our intelligent devices

perform predictive diagnostics to reduce

disruptions in your process and improve

your facility's uptime. FlashGard MCCs are

available at all Eaton Service Centers.
