Application

Designed to protect electrical wiring from dust, dirt, oil, and water.

All straight sections and ttings are completely open on one side,

so wires and cables can be laid in along an entire wireway run. No

“pulling-through” of wires or cables is required with this design. A

complete selection of sections and ttings is available in ve sizes:

2.50 in. x 2.50 in. (64mm x 64mm)

4.00 in. x 4.00 in. (102mm x 102mm)

6.00 in. x 6.00 in. (152mm x 152mm)

8.00 in. x 8.00 in. (203mm x 203mm)

12.00 in. x 6.00 in. (305mm x 152mm)

Construction

14 gauge steel covers and bodies •

10 gauge steel end anges•

Seams continuously welded and ground smooth; no holes or •

knockouts

Smooth, rounded edges on all sections and ttings prevent damage •

to insulation

Heavy butt hinges and strong latches assure complete seal •

between covers and bodies

Quick-release cover latches permit immediate access to wireway •

interior

Oil-resistant gasket and adhesive•

Solid oil-resistant gasket positioned between anges when sections •

and ttings are bolted together

Gasketed quick-release sealing plate provides complete sealing at •

each joint

Finish

ANSI 61 gray polyester powder nish inside and out over

phosphatized surfaces. Box connector is gray ANSI 61 and “LSGQR”

sealing plate and quick-release latches are plated.
