RANGES / BUILT IN OVENS
Range, Galaxy, BI Clocks Chattering or Loosing Time – NZ, AU, GB-EU
MODELS:

BI602, BI452, RA6102, RA535, DI1202QG

Some customers are experiencing problems with 2 button and 6 button Diehl clocks chattering or loosing time. This is caused by
the electrical supply authority’s line signalling (eg ripple control).
Clocks affected are:
573272 CLOCK ELECT VALUETIM6 13849003 (6 button)
541677 CLOCK VALUETIME2 WH 13857041 (2 button)
Modified clocks are now being used in production and are available by contacting your local Technical Representative.

Aeron Knobs Marking Control Panel – NZ, AU, GB-EU
MODELS:

BI 602 QAA / MAA, QAE / MAE

An o-ring has been placed under the control knob on Aeron products. This is to help prevent damage to the control panel caused
by the control knob bottoming out. If repairing a product where the control knob is scratching the control panel, order and fit

Titan / Aerotech oven limiters tripping – NZ, AU, USA
MODELS:

OD/OS 301 / M - V1 only

546691P Kit Service Limiter Ph1 replaces 546666P KIT SERVICE LIMITER, which was notified in Tech Bulletin RA033.
The new kit contains replacement bottom vents in addition to thermal limiters, and the hole size in the spacers fitted under the
limiters has been reduced to 3.3 mm.

Titan / Aerotech Knob Scratching Control Panel – NZ, AU, USA
MODELS:

OD301, OS301

Technical Bulletin RA034 stated that when replacing a control panel that is scratched, 530249P (O RING ELECTR/THERMCPL
PKT10) should be fitted under the knob.
The o-ring has been replaced in production with 546362P WASHER CONTROL PANEL PKT10. In future, please order and fit
this new part.
