T2000 - Obsolescence of the
MRF1946A Final PA Transistor for the T20XX-
4XX-FXX

Applicability This Technical Note applies only to the T20XX-4XX-FXX.
1. Introduction
Due to the obsolescence of the MRF1946a final PA transistor, the SD1275
final PA transistor is being introduced into the T2000 product range as a
replacement where appropriate. The first change is to the T20XX-4XX-FXX.
With this change to the SD1275 the Tx frequency range of the radio will
change from 175MHz-235MHz to 175MHz-208MHz. The Rx frequency
range remains at 175MHz-235MHz.
2. Information
What Is Changing? The following components are changing or will need to be changed if the
Final PA is replaced with an SD1275
Changes to X2R400 to use SD1275 (as used in X2R401):
