Place the scale on a hard, flat surface where there is minimal vibration to ensure safe and accurate measurement. Hold the hand-electrodes and step on the scale barefoot. Make sure all of your fingers and feet contact electrodes (shown as the illustration). After the numbers on the screen flash for 3 times, the symbol “ ” is displayed. When the symbol “ ” disapears, the body weight will be shown. Meanwhile, you may check PHICOMM Health App for more detailed body information.
