Intended use
This headset has been developed ior use via a
use port on a PC.

The headset cannot be used to make calls in
the event ol a power latlure. Always have a
standard caoleconnected telephone close to
hand, which can be used without connection to
a PC and lnternet. tor emergencies
This equipment is to be supplied from an

requirements of Limited Power source.

Starting Up

Connecting the headset to the PC
Connect the use plug on the headsetto a use
port on the PC. When the headset is connected
to the PC tor the tlrst time, Windows
automatically detects the new hardware and
installs it.The audio output, such as music, and
nput. via the microphone tor example. are
thus directed to the headset II this is not done
automatically. please carry out the tollowtng
steps,
Setting up
The names at the menu items and buttons may
vary slightly according to the operating system
being used, e.g.: Sound and audio devices =
Mullimedis.The steps iortnstallation. however.
are identical.
t. Click on the Start button. Select Settings.

Functions
Muting iunctlon
To deactivate the microphone (mutingt, press
the st button, The LED lights up To reactivate
the microphone. press the at button again.The
LED goes out.
Volume control
Use the a and [or v buttons on the operating
unit to adiust the volume at the caller during a
cell.
Note: Il you have set a call to very quiet. it is
possible that a subsequent callercan hardly be
heard it they talkquietly. In such cases. increase
the volume again,

Deactivate the headset and reset the dehull
