Your iFit Live Module will help you to create and manage a personal fitness program designed to make your fitness goals a reality. With the iFit Live Module, you can wirelessly download customized workouts, track your workout results, get live support, and even share your achievements on popular social networking sites. These are just some of the features available with your iFit Live Module. QUESTIONS? OPERATING REQUIREMENTS To activate and use your iFit Live Module, you will need the following: • A PC, Macintosh, or Linux computer with a USB port • A wireless 802.11b router with SSID broadcast enabled (hidden networks are not supported) • An Internet connection (a broadband connection is recommended; performance depends on connection speed) • An iFit.com membership Note: The iFit Live Module supports unsecured and secured (WEP, WPA, and WPA2) encryption. HOW TO ACTIVATE YOUR IFIT LIVE MODULE Follow the steps below to activate your iFit Live Module. 1–2 IMPORTANT: To complete the activation process, you will need to know your network SSID (network name), network encryption type, and network password. 1. Plug the included USB cable into the port on your iFit Live Module. 2. Plug the other end of the USB cable into a USB port on your computer. 3. Turn on your computer, launch your Web browser, and go to www.iFit.com/install. 4. Follow the instructions on your computer screen to activate your iFit Live Module. When you complete the process, the words, “Device has been successfully configured” will be displayed on your computer screen. 5. Unplug the USB cable from your computer and from your iFit Live Module. 6. Unplug the power cord of your fitness equipment. Insert the iFit Live Module into the iFit port on the console of your exercise equipment. Note: If you have questions after following these instructions, go to www.iFit.com/support for assistance. To use the iFit Live Module, see your fitness equipment user’s manual or go to www.iFit.com/support. All repairs for which warranty claims are made must be preauthorized by ICON. If the product is shipped to a service center, freight charges to and from the service center will be the customer’s responsibility. For replacement parts shipped while the product is under warranty, the customer will be responsible for a minimal handling charge. This warranty does not extend to any damage to a product caused by or attributable to freight damage, abuse, misuse, improper or abnormal usage, or repairs not provided by an ICON authorized service center; to products used for commercial or rental purposes or as store display models; or to products transported or purchased outside the US.
