Hardware Installation 1.Make sure that your computer is switched off. Unplug the Power cord from the wall socket. Also turn off all other Peripherals you may have attached to your computer. 2.Remove your computer‘s cover. Please refer to you computer system manual for specific instructions. 3.Select a free PCI slot. Remove the cover from the slot. Keep the screw. You will be using it in the next step (Fig.1). Fasten the capture card to your system with the screw you removed in the previous step. C o | o r: Adjust Brightness, Contrast, Saturation and Hue for your Picture. Adjust the Volume and balance for audio. Balance: the volume between two speskers. Capturing an image To Capture an image do the following: (1) Freeze the TV/video display. (2) Click the right mouse button to pop up the setup menu. (3) Click the “save still As ------ “item. You can type a filename and save the image. Capturing a video sequence (1) Set the Filename/Compression/Size/Frames Rate in the Movie Options item of the Setup Menu. (2) Press the “Record” button in the control panel to star Capturing the TV program or video. Memorizing TV channels (1) To memorize all active TV you can run “Auto channel scan" in “channels” item. (2) Press "Add this channel” in “channels” to add new channel (3) If you want to delete channel, press “Remove this channel” . Video Mode Simulated data transfer. Overlay: Wdeo data is directly transferred to the video buffer and video is displayed instantly. 6.0nce the files have been copied to your hard drive, the installation is complete. Navigating in Extreme TV: The Extreme TV allows you to watch TV or Video on your PC, You also can use it to capture image. TV Control Panel: Freeze Control Panel Mute Minimize Power Installing the Tuner card (1) Plug the TV antenna coaxial cable to the TV port. (2) If your are using a device that is equipped with an S-video cable jack, use that cable instead of the AV cable and plug it into the S-video input connector on the capture card. (3) The Wdeo (RCA)connector on your PC camera should be Connected to the composite video input connector to the Tuner card. (4) Attach the plug to the power connector on your tuner card. Tuner card Driver Installation 1.Power on your system. As Windows 95 Starts, it will detect the new device (Fusion Capture Device) and a dialog box will appear asking you to locate the driver.
