Please  enter  your  user  name  and password as provided in the email. Once logged in, select “MENU” then “Customer Portal” and then “My Dashboard”. Your  vehicle  details  will  appear  in  red,  and  a  pop  up indicating your vehicle has not been activated will appear. Click OK on the pop up, then select the EDIT  icon under the Options heading to finalize the entering of your details. Upon completing your details, please select UPDATE. Once updated, the activation is complete, and your vehicle data will appear in gray.  SYSTEM  VERIFICATION.        The  S.W.A.T.  VEHICLE  RECOVERY SYSTEM is intended for professional use in real-life recovery situations. Within the first 10 days you are allocated up to 10  “verifications”  to  check  your  vehicles  location.  This serves to confirm that your vehicle is protected.  To see the last  reported  position  of  your  vehicle  select  the  MAP  icon under the OPTIONS menu. Should you wish to update to the  current  position  select  the  LOCATE icon  .    After  the initial 10 day period, and in the interest of protecting your privacy,  your  vehicle  can  only  be  located  by  the  S.W.A.T. Command Center and only upon the presentation of a valid police theft report.   S.W.A.T.  COMMAND  CENTER  –  MANNED  24/7.    In  the event of the theft or carjacking of your vehicle, first file a police report and then call 1 – 800-395-5277.
