REPLACEMENT” program at no additional cost to
you, for the duration of the program you
purchased. Provided you report your vehicle
stolen, and contact the S.W.A.T. COMMAND
CENTER within 24 hours of the theft, should we
be unsuccessful in recovering it within 30 days,
you will receive a brand new vehicle of the then
current year. The total benefit is not to exceed

KARR warranties this product for a period of 36
months from date of purchase. Under the warranty,
KARR will either repair or replace the unit should
KARR deem it to be faulty.

WELCOME TO PEACE OF MIND. Congratulations on your
purchase of the S.W.A.T. VEHICLE RECOVERY SYSTEM to
protect your vehicle. Your attached membership card has
the contact details you will require should your vehicle be
stolen or carjacked. To get the most out of this state of the
art product and to put your mind at rest that your valuable
asset is protected, please take a moment to read this
Owner’s Manual.
PASSSIVE PROTECTION. The S.W.A.T. module’s operation
is completely passive. No action is required from you!
Internally the electronics insures the integrated back up
batteries are kept fully charged, the GPS receiver updates
its location, and all systems are continually on standby,
waiting to be called into action.
REGISTRATION/ACTIVATION. Upon purchasing S.W.A.T.
from your Car Dealer, you will receive an automated email
which provides a link that directs you to the KARR
RECOVERY login page. Please enter your user name and
password as provided in the email. Once logged in, select
“MENU” then “Customer Portal” and then “My Dashboard”.
IN EVENT OF THE THEFT OF YOUR VEHICLE:
1. First file a police report and then:

Upon receipt of this information KARR will
locate your vehicle and coordinate its
recovery.

Your vehicle details will appear in red, and a pop up
indicating your vehicle has not been activated will appear.
Click OK on the pop up, then select the EDIT
icon under
the Options heading to finalize the entering of your details.
Upon completing your details, please select UPDATE. Once
updated, the activation is complete, and your vehicle data
will appear in gray.
SYSTEM VERIFICATION.
The S.W.A.T. VEHICLE RECOVERY
SYSTEM is intended for professional use in real-life recovery
situations. Within the first 10 days you are allocated up to
10 “verifications” to check your vehicles location. This
serves to confirm that your vehicle is protected. To see the
last reported position of your vehicle select the MAP
icon under the OPTIONS menu. Should you wish to update to
the current position select the LOCATE icon . After the
initial 10 day period, and in the interest of protecting your
privacy, your vehicle can only be located by the S.W.A.T.
Command Center and only upon the presentation of a valid
police theft report.
S.W.A.T. COMMAND CENTER – MANNED 24/7. In the
event of the theft or carjacking of your vehicle, first file a
police report and then call 1 – 800-395-5277. The S.W.A.T
COMMAND CENTER will swing into action, locate it, and
coordinate its recovery with law enforcement.
PERSONAL DETAIL UPDATES. S.W.A.T. coordinates “Real
World” vehicle recoveries which can involve dangerous
criminals. PLEASE use the Website to update your personal
details should they change, to allow us to respond
effectively in the event of theft or carjacking.

receiver is connected.
