RE124GH Honeywell-to-GE Wireless Translator
Features
• Listens to Honeywell protocol wireless devices.
• Transmits GE protocol wireless.
• Enrolls up to 64 devices.
• Unique wireless ID (or loop) for each zone, plus 1 for main device.
• All alarm, supervisory and trouble signals are passed through.
• Dual antennas for both Receive and Transmit diversity for reliable range.
• Back-up battery operation.
• Complete supervision of tampers, external power supply fault and low
battery.
Key Instructions
• External supply: 9-18V AC or DC at least 50 mA.
• 3 AAA Alkaline batteries are for backup in case of external supply
failure.
• Enrolling:
 Sensors
• Press Enroll switch until Device type LED matches
• Activate particular sensor
• Translator beeps and flashes red.
 Main device enrolled by tamper switch on the board.
Operation
•
Existing Honeywell protocol sensors transmit as usual. Translator passes
information on to control panel as if they were GE transmitters.
•
Translator Main Zone wireless transmission ( unique ID):
Tamper, when cover opened.
Low battery, when either low AAA batteries, OR loss of AC.
Supervisory every hour.

LED Operation
Green LED: On if AC power present.
Red LED:
On if device tamper or device low battery
