RE627 Wireless NAPS Sleep Sensor - BTLE
Features:
Pairs exclusively with Resolution Products Helix Panel receiver.
Monitors patient's heart rate, breathing rate and restlessness through the provided
pressure sensor placed under bed sheets, no electrodes required.
Wirelessly transmits patient's vitals to the Helix Panel receiver, then through the
internet to a monitoring center server.
Screw on power supply cord and pressure sensor hose to protect against accidental
damage or disconnection.
Key Instructions:
Attached external supply, screw the power cord onto the NAPS sensor connector.
With the cover open, verify that the power LED starts to flash.
Put Helix receiver into enrollment mode, press the button on the NAPS sensor.
NAPS sensor says in enrollment mode for 15 seconds.
Attach/screw on the pressure sensor hose to the NAPS sensor.
Make the connection as finger tight as possible, however do not use tools as this
may damage the hose connector.
Place pressure sensor on TOP of the mattress, but UNDER the sheets. Orient the
pressure sensor perpendicularly to body, and position the sensor directly under chest
plate, this will receive the best signal from the body.
LED Operation (for troubleshooting):
Green power LED:
Normal operation, the led will toggle on and off every 2 seconds.
In enrollment mode, the led will toggle much faster, around every 1/4th second.
Green and Red Heart rate LEDS:
Once heart rate has established, the green and red leds will briefly flash for every
detected heart beat. If the heart beat is below 25bpm only the red led will flash
with the heart beat, if above 100bpm, both red and green will flash.
Green and Red Breathing rate LEDS:
Once breathing rate has established, the green and red leds will briefly flash for
every detected breath. If the breathing rate is below 6 breaths per minute, the
red led will flash with the breathing, if above 30 breaths per minute, both red
and green will flash.
If movement is detected, the heart rate and breathing rate green LEDs will turn on
and stay on for as long as movement is detected.

The LEDs will then resume flashing for the breathing rate and heart rate
measurements.
